Loved the proximity to the village of Skaneateles. Loved the Adirondack inspired decor! Enjoyed mornings with coffee, bird songs, and a book on the incredibly lovely back deck. Loved the Mirbeau Inspire bath amenities a such luxurious spa products.

Would have loved a mini fridge in our room but as we were next door to the great room we could pop over there. An ice machine would have been nice. And even a vending machine for juices and seltzers, etc, as there’s just a gas station with a mini market. Also info about treatments, facilities and menus at Mirbeau would have been welcome.

Really liked the Adirondack-style structure and decor. The room was very cozy, and furnished with Adirondack rustic furniture and decorations. There was even a gas fireplace that we used. In the center of the facility is a "Great Room" with a high ceiling, and an Adirondack canoe hanging from it, along with plenty of Adirondack style furnishings, and a stone fireplace.

Our room didn't have a microwave or mini-fridge, although the Great Room had both, along with a fancy coffee machine.

well kept, quirky very cool decor; comfortable bed. Bathroom very small but nice (room 711). This is the third or fourth time we've stayed there on return from our summer trip out west.

Only quirk was that express check out from phone didn't work. Presssed button. nothing. Tried to call desk..,.nothing...tried to call # in my calendar...number didn't exist. Tried to call # on room phone....number didn't exist. Even noticed that the room phone in room 711 said it was room 712. A quirky minor but annoying finale to a great hotel.

The rooms were clean, affordable and located fairly close to Skanateales. Staff handled a problem we had fairly well. We had to change rooms as the bathroom door abruptly split making impossible to close. The staff handled it with ease and moved us.

Check in is a bit awkward as its at a much nicer resort just up the road. Its like staying at EconoLodge but checking in at the W.

We checked out of the hotel at the Mirabeau Inn and received our booking summary which included any charges made during the stay (which was $0). However, we had Spa services scheduled after check out and the Spa charged the card associated with the room even though we had checked out already. This caused a lot of confusion because there were 2 of us paying for separate spa services. They did not explain how it worked at any point during our stay. They shouldn't have been able to charge to a reservation/room that had been checked out without authorization from me, or they should have been explained at some point (they did know we had services scheduled upon check-in and check-out).

The Adirondack decor of the room and bathroom was delightful! The bed was very comfortable. There was a "back" door that led to a porch with a nice sitting area. We were able to park the car right outside the door. Check in is across the street from the Lodge, but you can check out by phoning the reception desk and leaving your room keys in the room.

Nothing! No complaints! Wish we had planned to stay in the area longer.

NOTE: While we began our stay at the Lodge, we were subsequently moved to a beautiful room at Mirbeau Inn & Spa due to a few faulty issues. Thank you to Will (Maintenance) who not only worked diligently on the matter but who also took steps to make the move happen. Our weekend away became a rich experience and one we will never forget!!

No in-room coffee It is part of Mirbeau, but also not. You check in at Mirbeau but don’t have access to their amenities (this changed from previous years) Staff was inconsistent; when we checked in, champagne was offered to one couple in our group and not the other!

The beds are really comfortable. The room had a mini fridge which was unexpected. The self serve coffee in the guest suite is much better than keurig. The back porch with the Adirondack chairs was delightful. Everything was very well run. Stay somewhere else so they always have room for me! Lol

The lighting in the bathroom is too low .

Very clean - lot of cabin type properties are dusty and cobwebs and creek noise etc

Would’ve loved to see fireplace work in main lodge - I know fireplaces and it was winter and cold . Would’ve also liked safe way to walk across to Rosalie’s but we managed and that’s a tough ask.
