Can’t beat the location! The bar is great- Abbey, the bartender, is the best- makes it worthwhile to return there vs other hotels in Geneva.

The beds aren’t super comfortable. Wish the bathrooms had fans.

The room was impeccably clean. The staff and especially the Gentleman bartender was one of the most fabulous human beings that I have ever met. He took the time to give us a dinner recommendation and he was 100% spot on! He was personable in telling us that he has served the hotel for about 13 years and that tells me that they value their staff which I love! Ease of check in was great. They allowed us to park out front and unload our luggage. The staff made everything so simple.

There was nothing to criticize.

Room 612. Comfortable, quiet. Roomy enough to have 2 dogs with us and a crate. Staff was pleasant. The view was of town but it was still quaint, especially when the train went by, I like trains.

No body wash to start with, had to ask for it. Ran out of tissues, didn't ask for more. Only one elevator working and with pets we needed to use the elevator to 6th floor, but if they'd only had one elevator then this would've been all we had anyways.

The location was perfect and stunning! Everything is within walking distance - bars, restaurants, the welcome center, and the parks. It was amazing to wake up and walk the lake every morning.

The property only has one working elevator, which at times was slightly annoying. However, it did run often and we did not have to wait too long for it to come. It just would have been nice for there to have been two working elevators.

Our group had a buffet breakfast prepared for us forn2 days of our stay. Staff were wonderful and food was plentiful. Enjoyed entertainment at the bar 2 evenings & bartender Abby was great. Enjoyed the view and location.

Things happen but hotel had one elevator down so it took some people time to get up and down with luggage. When no need to move luggage the stairs were just fine to utilize. The pillows were not very comfortable but other than that it’s a great stay. 3rd year in row.

Was very pretty view and right on the lake along a bike trail. Desk staff very nice . Very clean fancy rooms.

Well our lake view room had a huge wedding tent outside blocking a full lake view to the south. You have to walk to bike path to see that part . The restaurant service was horrible and food just average at best. Don’t eat on property, walk less then 1000 feet and have better choices up in town . 5 mins from hotel

I am in love with this hotel. Best value and experience you can have. Where to begin… - Beautiful location on the water with picturesque views and walking areas - staff is amazing, like a 10.5 out of 10. Ritz Carlton service at a Wyndham hotel. Again, everyone who works here is just fabulous. They solved five million of my problems, are the nicest people ever and so helpful. Just amazing, unbelievable how great they are - very clean rooms and modern - spacious - very close to town, walking distance to any place you want to eat…but -don’t need to go far because the in-hotel bar and restaurant has great food and an amazing bartender Abbie, who is a treasure of Geneva. Tips recommendations and a wonderful guy who will help elevate your overall experience. Every time I come up I look forward to seeing him, and not just because he makes great drinks

Excellent location next to the lake, with nice walkways right outside. Short walk to downtown Geneva where we found numerous restaurants. Comfy beds. Fridge in room. Friendly staff. Free onsite parking.

Beware of the seagull army nesting at the roof. Our car was hot, and we barely made it inside without getting hit by their bombs. No coffee maker in the room. Restaurant was really uninspiring. But many restaurants close by in Geneva.

The location was excellent, right on the lake, with walking paths, a large park along the lake, and a splendid ice cream stand. It's also a very short walk to town. Comfortable mattress, good shower, very friendly and helpful staff.

Although the bath towels were thick and fluffy, the face towels and washcloths were rather thin. The breakfast menu could have used some less commonplace items.

Properties beautiful, location is wonderful, that’s why we stayed there.

Wet box of tissues in my room, gross. No maid service in the 3 days, 2 bites we were there. Not enough coffee or towels for our stay. Had to go to the front desk and get them. Check in and check out are via text, which is done , but does anyone do anything? It was a self serve stay. Very strange! Oh, most of the ice machines were not working. Had to go 3 floors for ice!
