The room was large and bed comfortable. The hotel is stylish and was immaculate. We had traveled 8200 miles by the time we stopped her and it was the best hotel of the trip. They had the best breakfast also. Fresh cinnamon buns and fresh made pancakes. The breakfast room was large and nicely furnished.

The GPS on phone missed indicating where to turn. Had to make a loop around the block. The road is busy (but did not hear anything inside our room).

The location and cleanliness were really good. The breakfast was pretty good as well.

I think the cost per night for this room was really high. I know we were there during a big sporting event however we were there to visit family. We paid this extremely high price to be closer to the family we were there to see. Also there were not nearly enough handicapped parking spaces.

It was clean & in a nice area, I like the town as it was close to beautiful areas and vineyards with unimaginably views. The welcome center is close to hotel and have a large patio with beautiful view of Seneca lake. We went to couple of area in finger lakes to see many beautiful Falls special in Gorge trail (Indian,finger lake, and Gorge trail loop; Taughannock falks via Gorge trail; Lucifer Falls via Gorge trail;…..) we were 3 friends and they had 2 queen beds with a sofa bed that was great during our stay. Serving breakfast was a great idea as we didn’t have to drive around during AM time to get coffee or breakfast. We had wonderful time during our stay.

Everything was great! Breakfast timeframe was great and so was the food. The room was excellent, friendly staff, pool and gym was awesome. We’ll 100% be back here next time we come to visit family.

The only 2 things with room for improvement - the eggs at breakfast had a horrible taste to them. They were fresh and hot both times we ate there along with everything else, but the egg taste itself was not right. The flooring in the pool area is way too slick, even without water on it. The water makes it worse. I saw a few people slip while we were there and one of them had shoes on!

Staff was courteous and friendly. Answered all our questions and demands. Reception staff proactively offered us extra bed sheets and a blanket when they saw we had a toddler during check in. We appreciated a deep bathtub in our room. Liked the pool and jacuzzi and the breakfast.

The address in GPS did not lead to entrance, but to the Tractor Supply Co next door. Would love to have better eggs for breakfast. The omelet and sausages were not delicious. Other choices for breakfast were good and we appreciated the variety of food available for breakfast.

Really loved the hotel! The beds are very comfortable. The room is big enough. There is a nice breakfast. Pool was nice! We had a good time!

Curtains couldn't close..which is weird. Breakfast was nice, but it was all with paper cups, plates and plastic forks. Just gives the cheap vibes...

Everything was good. Breakfast was especially delicious.

The sofa bed in our suite was not great. The mattress was dead and could feel the mattress spring in the back. We were family of 6 including 2 kids so one person had to use the sofa bed which wasn’t comfortable. This could be a one off issue with that room but was too tired so crashes anyway for an uncomfortable/incomplete sleep.

Everything was good. No complaints.

We didn't see the sign out front until we were right at it, so we almost missed the driveway. (This was going up the hill and turning right). Just need a better sign or an additional sign showing where to turn.

I loved having the free coffee and lemon water available to you all day long. The rooms are a great size and give you space to move around. The staff are really friendly and help resolve any issues quickly

Some child pooped in the hot tub and the parents never told the staff. I went and told the staff.

Very nice lobby. Very welcoming check in and staff. We were upgraded to a large suite! Bed and sheets were super comfortable. Very good large breakfast selection.

Hotel is a bit dated and needs updating. Shower could have been better. We had a 2 night stay and it didn't seem they cleaned the room on the 2nd morning. No one made the bed, etc.
