There had been a mix-up apparently with housekeeping so when we arrived at our room we found it hadn’t been cleaned. We went back down to the desk and told the attendant. Without hesitation he apologized and said he would upgrade us to a suite! We definitely appreciated that extra bit of customer service. Mistakes happen but this one was acknowledged and compensated. We are always pleased with this chain.

Food was fresh and good options. Food station layout could be better. Move milk fridge closer to coffee and cereal station, create better signage and add a table for appliances. Have smaller bistro style tables for those who want to sit down so to maximize floor space.

Shower drain stopper and reading lamp didn't work. Wall under desk near garbage had ketchup splatters and toilet seat looked old and dirty. Also, no hair dryer or writing pen and notepad and no do not disturb sign.

Staff was pleasant and helpful, breakfast was limited but very good and the room was comfortable, especially considering the reasonable price.

Only one outlet in the entire room made device charging difficult. The safe in the room did not work and the ice machine in the hall did not produce any ice. Not a big deal for one night but a longer stay would have been marginal.

The property was very clean and well kept from what I saw. The breakfast was decent enough. The staff were all very friendly , oh and that iced cold lemon water in the lobby readily available was a nice touch and the big tic toc toe which myself and daughter enjoyed playing with.

I asked for a first floor handicap room and they gave that to me. I'm a disabled Viet Nam vet it it's hard to walk form injury's in Viet Nam so it was so nice to have an easy to get to room and a shower that i was able to get in and use with now problem. The staff was very nice when i arrived and very helpful. It was also convenient to get to stores and places from the Hotel

There was visible pet hair in our room on surfaces like the windowsill and corners of the bathroom floor, so I have some complaints about the cleaning service.

The facilities are excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good 👍

It's a little distant from I-90, which I was traveling. But it is in a beautiful location for someone on a leisurely trip and wanting to see a beautiful Finger Lakes town.

Clean and spacious comfortable room. Great location for all of our activities. We have stayed here several times and have had a nice stay every time.

The only problem was with our key cards not being programmed for the length of our stay (needed reprogramming every two days - our stay was six days)

Overall the cleanliness and the staff were superb. I asked the front desk for a local option for food and they were super helpful in making sure that we got what we wanted. The room was clean, fresh and the lighting was great.

The only thing that I wasn't exactly happy about is the breakfast. They have a make your own pancake machine and a few cereals and breads and things but it would have been nice if they could have offered a little more variety.

The hotel was perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do in the area (breweries and wineries)! Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall it was a great time. I would definitely stay again at this facility!

I would have liked the floor in the room to be a little cleaner. I think the carpet needed some attention, but other than that everything was great!!
