Beautiful property, accommodating staff, like other places, a little bit understaffed… But is to be expected, the finger lakes has a leisurely pace overall. And they really do make an effort to make you comfortable, enjoyable, suite layout.

Lacking an indoor common area, but it’s a unique layout due to it being a former house and monastery. Overall, I look forward to coming back.

The grounds were beautiful! The bar and restaurant were great and the rooms spacious and apartment-like. The pool was to die for and all of the fun outdoor spaces really make it one of a kind.

The chair and couch in my room both looked pretty used and abused/stained….kind of yucky & not on par for the rest of the place. And wish for the price they offered nicer toiletries.

Lovely location. Well kept property We left our phone charger behind but John the night manager actually arranged to have it delivered to us at our next destination. All in all a wonderful stay.

Beautiful rooms and very peaceful getaway! Love the history of the place and the suite was very enjoyable. Loved the high ceilings and large windows. The kitchen was convenient too! Beautiful grounds to walk around.

Small TV and sound quality wasn't great. Maybe more pictures and modern decor, large, modern TV would be nice.

A beautiful location in an old mansion (monastery at one point). We enjoyed looking out over the lake and the property has some nice walking areas, including down to their boat shed. Plus a very good restaurant. And the area is truly stunning including the various vineyards to taste at.

Be careful which rooms you get if you have any disability - ours was up a 1 1/2 flights of stairs which was difficult given my husband had hurt his hip. So it was a real climb.

We only had dinner in the restaurant but it was excellent. We would like to come back in the summer to see the gardens more with flowers and enjoy the pool.

My husband & I are both disabled and had great difficulty doing the stairs to get to our room, even though it was only on the second floor. We will try to get something on the first floor next time.

The visit was good value, but the three floor walkup was a challenge for one of our guests. Because of the hotel's location it was important to enjoy the evening meal and breakfast there. The evening meal offered no family-friendly options. It was delicious, but specialized

Lovely rooms with a beautiful view. Bed, linens and pillows were all extremely comfortable. Great shower. Full kitchen too. Nice breakfast basket in the morning.

Did not have breakfast at the facility. Restaurant was excellent. Grounds were beautiful.

No elevator. Stairswere difficult.

Beautiful rooms, excellent food and check-in support helped put our families closer together. Beautiful lake views and very nice comfortable rooms.

The only retraction was Laundry staff started noisy machines at 7am on a Sunday.morning waking us up.
