Although outside the downtown center of Rochester, it was easy to get to destinations by bus and ride share. There was also good restaurants near the property to enjoy. The breakfast was very good with plenty of fresh options. The fitness center was small but had the essentials for a mid-trip work out.

We enjoyed this property with only small quirks to comment on. The bathroom door is weighted to close all the time so we had to prop it open just to find it at night. The main door didn't always latch if we let it close on its own so we had to be sure to pull it shut behind us. A bit of a safety concern.

We had the best hotel staff member the evening we checked in. He was a delight and was super helpful when we needed to add another room close to our existing rooms. It's been a long time since I've had a genuine and enjoyable chat with a stranger and I could've stood at the front desk all night haha. Beds were super comfy, our three rooms were very clean and the kids were happy. The pool is HUGE. That's what brought us to this location, we were looking for the biggest hotel pool in Rochester and I think we found it haha, but we didn't have to share it at all as we were the only ones swimming during our stay.

Breakfast was subpar, I had a sick kiddo with me and had to wait for the rest of my family to go eat before I could go grab some breakfast which was with ten minutes left before they stopped breakfast. It was slim pickings for what was left and bacon had run out long before I got there. I did however request that they make a batch for me as my sick child has food allergies and they didn't have many dairy free alternatives in the protein department. They were gracious enough to help me and even carried food to my room with me which I was told they don't do. So, food was disappointing but the staff found a way to turn it into a good experience anyways.

Facility looked dated, blind in room was bent, remote/tv didn’t work, main lamp didn’t work. Water pressure was not great in the shower… At breakfast items were not refilled in a timely manner and some items were not replaced at all while we were there.

The property was very clean and staff were friendly. Room accommodations were lovely and there was a nice variety at the continental breakfast. The location was very convenient for me as I was in town visiting the RIT campus nearby.

The breakfast buffet was excellent! Great location, easy to get to and near lots of restaurants/shopping. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was huge and very clean.

The hall door slamming was very loud, we were only 2 rooms away from it and every time someone came through it, it woke me up

The room was good size, had the amenities I needed for my stay and the staff was fantastic. They acknowledged me and asked a time or two if I had needs, but never bugged me.

I would have loved the cost to be lower. But given it was move in week for students at RIT, I understood the prices were higher.

They are a great team.I like to eat Spanish food and they gave me 4 places to eat at. With directions. They go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.

Nothing was wrong with my stay.

The breakfast had hot and cold options as well as fruit. Tea and hot chocolate were offered as well as coffee. The pool was lovely. It was warm and clean. It was big enough to swim across, but not too deep. Don, who helped me with my reservation explained the breakfast rules clearly.

Bigger towels at the pool might be nice.

The staff was extremely friendly at chevk in Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having regular sized pillows instead of those tiny pillows that hotels often provide. Price was fairm

The breakfast was lacking. There was no regular milk available, only almond milk.
