My family and I ended up here because we hit a deer, everyone is safe and well. Every staff member was so helpful. Upon arrival they gave us bottled water. There was hot cocoa and cookies available for all guests close to the front desk. As well as a cold water dispenser, coffee, and hot water for tea and hot cocoa available across from the front desk at all times. They were ice and water machines located right by the elevator. All of which is included on your stay. They have snacks available for purchase. We caught a glimpse of the pool which looked amazing. The lesson I learned from our trip is to always pack a swimsuit because you never know when you will need it. When we needed an extension on our room due to still awaiting a rental car, they were able to make it happen. They serve breakfast from 6:00 to 10:00 a.m. everything was amazing. There was an attendant who was keeping up with everything the entire time. My family and I went down at two separate times even close to 10 and everything was fully stocked each time.

This was my second stay at this hotel. My niece attends Alfred University, which is about 20 minutes away. This is the nicest hotel that is close to the school. I appreciate the front desk staff. They are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Very warm and gracious. I appreciate the breakfasts. It's a good start to a day, and is helpful because there aren't very many restaurant choices nearby. You can walk to a Wegman's Supermarket and Walmart, which is helpful during the stay.

The friendly, helpful staff was great. The breakfast choices were very nice. The room was nice & clean & we enjoyed the cookies in the lobby.

The shower floor surface was terribly slippery & both my husband & I nearly fell. Very dangerous! The glass on the shower in our room 221 wasn’t hung correctly ,so the bottom had a sizable gap at the bottom & could leak

They thought of everything. Morning breakfast but if you miss it they had to go bags. They have coffee and water 24 hrs a day. The gym is always open. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioning was nice and cold. Everything was just perfect.

It is booked for the other weekends we would like to come.

Beautiful hotel for the area!!

Breakfast wasn't great --- the guy with the cleaning spray bottle kept putting it by the food - he didn't keep the hot items stocked for everyone to grab -- I had to ask for forks and he just looked at me -- the waffle mixture doesn't flow out of the container correctly --- the bowls weren't near the oatmeal -- it was not a great experience

Location, friendly staff.

Two nights it was pretty noisy. Noise from the room above can keep light sleepers awake. The slamming door on the refrigerator echos from adjoining rooms. The grout in the bathroom was pretty stained.

the hotel was very nice, clean modern and had a great breakfast. But more than that, the gal at the counter, Kirstin, was absolutely amazing! Booking.com messed up and gave her and us a bit of a hard time. But she was so patient and kind and I couldn’t believe how wonderful she was. She deserves a raise!!

I have zero complaints

Room was large, updated and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good.

My only complaint was the room echoed a little bit. There was a motor type noise I kept hearing off and on and since the room was so quiet (no noisy heat/ac unit) I noticed it.

Everything was so nicely done with a lot of attention to detail. The pool was a decent size with the area around it very nice to sit and relax. There was even a grilling area outside the pool. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. A very nice fitness area which included a Peloton bike. A beautiful breakfast area with plenty of choices.

Room and bathroom counter is spacious, many electric outlets, bed is comfortable.

Very few sheets in the napkin box, water pressure is low. Breakfast is not good, food is not added quickly and people had to wait.
