Absolutely everything from check in to check out time was perfect!! All members of stuff are smiling, helpful and polite. They took care of every detail to make us feel really relaxed and comfortable, being like at home. Reception ladies were very kind to extend our stay 1 hour longer as I had a massage delay, housekeeping were making our room every morning tidy and asking if any assistance needed. Generally hotel was very clean which gives you a big pleasure. Restaurant stuff was super fast and helpful, food was amazing and with a good variety of Turkish and European cuisine dishes. We fallen in love with SPA service and quality of Balinese massage. The hotel has plenty of facilities and entertainment options for any taste. I tried early morning yoga on the sea side and was astonished with the teacher and atmosphere around. The room had just incredible view to the lagoon, it was quiet and very comfortable. We will definitely come back again there if we plan a trip to Marmaris as it is really a place which makes you live a real holiday.

Excellent choice and variety of food although could have more fish choices / with no heads and deboned and a little more variety for vegetarian’s Food well prepared. Entertainment was to a decent standard Loved the rule and the enforcement of not saving beds Good spa availability and staff We also thought the app was very good and monitored by those that cared Staff seem happy to be apart of the company. Not sure how this can be solved but the entertainment was very loud if you wanted to have an early night if you needed to get up early for a trip or if you wanted a more relaxing break. We did have a room literally opposite the entertainment which on occasions was nice to watch from our balcony No air con for 3 days until so many people complained on the app that they listened to us and it it on

The food was very good - plenty vegetarian options. The hotel has a well equipped gym, a big indoor pool and good spa facilities. The location is stunning. The personnel in the restaurant, at the beach bar and at the reception is extremely friendly and professional.

The entertainment was rather basic. Despite most of the personnel at the spa being helpful and friendly, there was an obvious difference in the attitude towards the guests who were booking the treatments and who were not, to the extent that some days we were not even greeted upon entering the spa. A member of my family has asked a spa staff member who didn't speak english for the help with a locker. The man has helped but discussed my relative with his other colleague in an insulting manner right in front of my relative in Turkish. My family lives in Turkey and understands Turkish. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Food was very good. Loads of choice, kept fresh and well stocked. We were well looked after by Yusuf and Ibrahim in the restaurant. Ability to book day beds on pier was a bonus. We loved the views and more peaceful surroundings of these beds. Mustafa's service was excellent. We also loved the more peaceful beach bar for the late evening drink. Nisa on the front desk, along with Lesley and Ruthe's assistance was great in sorting out check out extension and a new taxi to the airport, after BA cancelled our planned flight home.

As mentioned to Ruthe, we thought that all the sunbed pairs in the garden area should have had umbrella's. Especially with the temperature hitting 40 degrees. Wardrobe could not hold longer dresses without creasing at the bottom.

Good selection of food. Staff are fantastic and very attentive, they make sure your stay is a good one. The entertainment in the evenings is a good mix of shows through the week, finishes at 11pm. Very relaxed atmosphere. Good amount of activities through the day/week.No reserving beds so there were no sunbed wars, and it was nice to have sunbeds in the garden areas. Some were private, so it was nice and peaceful away from the pool.

The land view rooms (road side, by Ideal Prime Hotel) can be noisy, but their entertainment finishes around 11pm, too, so you're okay if you don't want an early night.

- They make life difficult and inconvenient for guests starting from placing a very inconvenient bracelet on your hand - No towels on the pool and you need to go to reception to take towels - Very inconvenient dining experience where they make you feel your there begging for food and not a well respected guest who paid for all of this. I have stayed in many resorts around Turkey and this resort was very unique were you need to queue for the food and the feeling you get from their employees - Very annoying employees - Very slow service, when you ask for something it takes good 20 minutes to get what you asked for - Poor communication of the employees

The food quality and selection are very good, equivalent to good UK quality restaurant food, with a rotation of cusines in addition to the regular selection, which is varied enough for most. The rooms and resort are clean and well maintained, including the landscaping, gym, and common areas. The customer service in all areas is very good, most staff speak enough English to resolve any issues.

The evening entertainment can sometimes be loud between around 9-11pm, which may bother some people, so worth knowing for managing expectations.

Literally everything. The staff were very professional, helpful and efficient. They would always smile and greet you. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a very comfortable bed and pillows. Rooms were also quiet and newly refurbished. The food was out of this world, we stayed there for 3 nights and the chef surprised us with new dishes every day. Very wide variety, they also had vegetarian and vegan as well. The location was perfect, just opposite the beach where the rest of the activities were. The old town of Antalya was 15 min away by a taxi.

The staff were absolutely amazing, as was the food choice. I particularly loved the dessert selection every night aswell as during the tea and coffee hour. The food in the restaurant on the 5th floor was fabulous too with amazing views. The rooms were super comfortable and kept very clean and tidy, we had a lovely view of sea and pool. The hotel is in a great location to walk into town with a lovely view the entire way. It was our first time in Turkey and we really enjoyed it!

Small thing - We had smokers in the room beside us whose smoke travelled into our vents and throughout our room on two occasions. When we complained, it seemed action was taken though and we only smelled it in the hallway from then on thankfully.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with 35 visits to Marmaris for me this is the best BUT it doesn’t suit everyone. Great location, it’s lovely inside and out, rooms are very good and the food is the best AI I’ve found, for me this is the best hotel but it’s not for everyone If you have children go elsewhere, there’s nothing for here for kids, no slides, kids club etc and they’ll get bored. Go to GRN Diamond or similar, this hotel would be better suited to being adults only. PLEASE NOTE: this is a quieter ‘more mature’ hotel, if you and your family are really loud, if you like to get hammered on the AI drinks, you’re a stag party, if like to clubbing and fun pubs, etc etc this hotel absolutely is not for you. If you start being rowdy, swearing etc you will get a warning by the hotel management and risk being removed.

We paid £60 extra for the Azure daybed on a jetty, this comes with fruit, snacks and drinks. The problem is this jetty is open and there’s a constant stream of random people coming on, wandering around, taking photos, using the other daybeds etc so there’s absolutely no security for your valuables if you’re taking a swim. The jet ski company next door came on to film a video and then an exercise class with instructor turned up, I don’t think they were even connected to the hotel. The jetty needs signs saying private area and a secured gate so you’re not having to constantly watch your bags.
