Absolutely everything from check in to check out time was perfect!! All members of stuff are smiling, helpful and polite. They took care of every detail to make us feel really relaxed and comfortable, being like at home. Reception ladies were very kind to extend our stay 1 hour longer as I had a massage delay, housekeeping were making our room every morning tidy and asking if any assistance needed. Generally hotel was very clean which gives you a big pleasure. Restaurant stuff was super fast and helpful, food was amazing and with a good variety of Turkish and European cuisine dishes. We fallen in love with SPA service and quality of Balinese massage. The hotel has plenty of facilities and entertainment options for any taste. I tried early morning yoga on the sea side and was astonished with the teacher and atmosphere around. The room had just incredible view to the lagoon, it was quiet and very comfortable. We will definitely come back again there if we plan a trip to Marmaris as it is really a place which makes you live a real holiday.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tui Blue Grand Azur hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made we feel genuinely welcome and valued. Every team member—from reception to housekeeping—was professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. A special mention goes to the management team, who clearly lead by example and are present, approachable, and deeply committed to guest satisfaction. The facilities were well-maintained, and every part of the hotel—from the lobby to the rooms—was spotless and thoughtfully arranged.

Honestly, the only downside was that my stay felt far too short—I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the comfort and hospitality. 🙂

Excellent choice and variety of food although could have more fish choices / with no heads and deboned and a little more variety for vegetarian’s Food well prepared. Not sure how this can be solved but the entertainment was very loud if you wanted to have an early night if you needed to get up early for a trip or if you wanted a more relaxing break. We did have a room literally opposite the entertainment which on occasions was nice to watch from our balcony No air con for 3 days until so many people complained on the app that they listened to us and it it on

As soon as you walk into the property, you are welcomed by friendly approachable staff, you can see instantly its clean from the reception, restaurant, pool and beach area and most importantly the rooms are immaculate. The food is amazing and always hot. And they don’t overpower you by putting too much food out on the buffet. The food is varied and covers everyone’s taste . All staff are happy to help you, the waiters and bar staff are very friendly. The manager Sharon is amazing we saw her stood on the front steps warning people about the wet slippy steps. Stood talking to her for a while she had an amazing ethos for the running of the hotel. Well done grand azur , we will be back xx

The food was very good - plenty vegetarian options. The hotel has a well equipped gym, a big indoor pool and good spa facilities. The location is stunning. The personnel in the restaurant, at the beach bar and at the reception is extremely friendly and professional.

The entertainment was rather basic. Despite most of the personnel at the spa being helpful and friendly, there was an obvious difference in the attitude towards the guests who were booking the treatments and who were not, to the extent that some days we were not even greeted upon entering the spa. A member of my family has asked a spa staff member who didn't speak english for the help with a locker. The man has helped but discussed my relative with his other colleague in an insulting manner right in front of my relative in Turkish. My family lives in Turkey and understands Turkish. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Food was very good. Loads of choice, kept fresh and well stocked. We were well looked after by Yusuf and Ibrahim in the restaurant. Ability to book day beds on pier was a bonus. We loved the views and more peaceful surroundings of these beds. Mustafa's service was excellent. We also loved the more peaceful beach bar for the late evening drink. Nisa on the front desk, along with Lesley and Ruthe's assistance was great in sorting out check out extension and a new taxi to the airport, after BA cancelled our planned flight home.

As mentioned to Ruthe, we thought that all the sunbed pairs in the garden area should have had umbrella's. Especially with the temperature hitting 40 degrees. Wardrobe could not hold longer dresses without creasing at the bottom.

Food is very delicious, no problem to find an umbrella even after 10 am. The choice of the cocktails is pretty big.

Noise insulation between room and hallway/outdoor is pretty low. You here all conversations in the corridor. Entertainment program is always loud and finishes at 11pm. Nevertheless, these cons were pretty minor and didn't affect the overall experience. A

Good selection of food. Staff are fantastic and very attentive, they make sure your stay is a good one. The entertainment in the evenings is a good mix of shows through the week, finishes at 11pm. Very relaxed atmosphere. Good amount of activities through the day/week.No reserving beds so there were no sunbed wars, and it was nice to have sunbeds in the garden areas. Some were private, so it was nice and peaceful away from the pool.

The land view rooms (road side, by Ideal Prime Hotel) can be noisy, but their entertainment finishes around 11pm, too, so you're okay if you don't want an early night.
