Location is central, pool very clean, spa amazing, entertainment great, weather fabulous,rooms cleaned daily

Housekeeping staff can be loud early in the morning talking on their phones or in between themselves, or I've seen one staff watching movies during work in the morning on her phone while sitting with her elbows on the housekeeping trolley.She completely ignored me passing by, she was too much in the movie. Food is not so tasty, while there are lots of options, these had no taste, no salt, no flavours, very faded.No sea food options at all.Repeated food daily for all inclusive.Drinks were ok. No wifi except in the lobby.No TV channels, we supposed to pay extra if we wanted tv. There is no water refill in the bar in your room. Pillows, OMG, a stone under your head.We did not use them at all, too high, too hard.

5 STAR HOTELS DO NOT CHARGE FOR WIFI ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD AND THIS HOTEL CHARGES 4 EUROS PER DAY. THAT IS NOT GOOD.

Breakfast was excellent. I could choose what I want was there.

On arrival the manager wasn't very well coming. Normally Internet facilities and safe vault available for customers but he said we have to pay for the room internet and safe. We refused but my friend managed internet for room not the safe. We had to carry our valuables which we didn't like.

We have just arrived home from 10 amazing days at this hotel. We arrived at 01.30 and the staff were still so friendly and helpful. The first thing we noticed was how beautiful and clean it all looked and smelled. We had the family room and it was stunning, lots of room and so clean. Special thank you to Yilgiz(?) the lady who cleaned our room daily and it was beautiful. The food, wow. It is divine so much on offer, always hot and really tasty. My children are fussy and there was always something for them to eat, special mention to snack bar as well as that food was also delicious. Hassan, in the pool bar was lovely always friendly ans happy. As were all the staff, never to busy to say hello and they were so so kind to our kids. Ekaterina the guest relations lady was fabulous, very genuinely lovely lady who we liked a lot. The pool area was always kept clean we always had sunbeds. You have to pay for WiFi and TV in room but as this is clearly indicated and not expensive we have no trouble doing this. It was my birthday during our stay and the hotel left a platter of fresh fruit and some wine in our room, so kind. Overall this was by far the best hotel I've stayed in and we can't wait to return.

The thing I did not like the most is that you need to pay to have internet in your room

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day. And the pool...awesome and really clean water

During room cleaning, the towels were not changed at all 😕

The food was good , cocktails were nice , also the Turkish spa in the hotel was brilliant

The swim up room we got never matched the ones in the photos .

The selection of food was good and concept of all inclusive worked well for us. Great service received from Ibrahim and Remzi super attentive and very polite

the extra costs to have WiFi in the room- language barrier with cleaners so difficult to communicate our needs

Excellent service from staff. Hotel was lovely and clean at all times. Beds really comfy, wait and bar staff excellent. Ladies who clean rooms do a fantastic job.

The food towards end of our holiday wasn't great, it was the very last few days it was open so we didn't expect the same amount etc as more high season but it got quite poor in choice, not very warm and wasn't the quality we had before

location was nice, food was enjoyable and varied.

the lack of storage for suitcases after checking out. pool was freezing cold. lack of drinks selection and cocktails on all inclusive drinks.
