We were lucky to spend a night at this hotel in Marmaris. We had previously been on TUI holidays and we always had a great experience. This time we were travelling around Turkey staying in different places. I am glad I managed to book a night here as it was fully booked on other dates as the hotel was full of British TUI holidaymakers. Clean, comfortable, delicious all inclusive food. You will most certainly find something you will like to eat. Excellent staff, always ready to help you and very friendly. We had a top floor room with balcony on two sides. No sea view unfortunately but this wasn't an issue. Only a small number of rooms have sea view at this hotel. It is very close to the beach but you do have to walk through a green patch of land to get to the beach. There were plenty of free sunbeds on their private section of the beach as most holidaymakers were sitting by the pool in the hotel. With a fully booked hotel I think there might not be enough sunloungers by the pool for everyone. Overall, an excellent stay ! Very happy with the choice. Keep up the high TUI standards that we are used to.

It's not always easy to find a table to eat as there don't seem to be enough tables in the main restaurant when the hotel is fully booked. Some people had to wait for tables to become available. I suggest doing staggered breakfast/lunch/dinner times with pre-assigned tables for each room if it's not too much of a hassle to organise.

Everything was exceptional. If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay in Marmaris then Blue Bay Platinum is the best choice. Not to mention the great staffs ready to assist you at any time. The food and the variety was outstanding. The overall was an Exception Stay

Very expensive in hotel supermarket.

Location and hotel are very nice and staff are also lovely. Gym was good as I only ever saw 2 people in it so had it to myself aswell. It has many big swimming pools and plenty of sun beds. The on site facilities are very good. It's a very big hotel and is about 100 metres to the beach from the rear entrance.

Had to eat out everyday as every meal time was so busy with everyone trying to claw back every penny of their all inclusive food and drink allowance they never left the hotel. Met 3 other couples in a bar down the road wearing the same hotel wristband all saying the same thing. Ate breakfast twice and 1 lunch, 1 evening dinner out of an entire week at the hotel. That's my choice NOT the hotels fault but it was just too busy at every feeding time. I will still definitely return to this hotel because i did like it alot but I will be more prepared and can judge the best times to eat in the restaurant. I haven't been on all inclusive for many years and forgot what it was like . Requested a double bed as we are a couple. Request accepted but got 2 single beds 😁

People claiming the same sun beds at the pool side a bit hectic at food times [but not to much of a problem as one of your waiters looked after us

I wouldn’t say that’s a 5star hotel, but it was a very nice one, people were super kind. It was my anniversary with my boyfriend and Murat very kindly offered us an upgrade. We had the best experience.

The only thing I would suggest is that some nights he shows were awesome but some others (when it was from the guys that usually do activities for the hotel) it was quite poor, that would be nice to improve it a bit.

Hotel was spotlessly clean, and the check-in was very quick with very friendly staff, made to feel welcome from the start.(you only get one chance to make a first impression) All staff were excellent, food was probably the best in choice and quality we have seen and we travel a lot. Restaurant staff were super efficient at clearing tables, getting you drinks, etc, and offering any help. Beds were comfy and rooms clean.

The only criticism I could make is that the lobby bar is a bit non descript and lacks seating. It rained the day we got there and we could not get a seat inside the lobby bar we ended up taking drinks to our room, at this point the hotel was not really busy either.It was too cold to sit outside. However, this would not be a problem once the season kicks off and evenings are warm.
