Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Restaurant has a good choice for dinner, prices for every budget, all we ordered was delicious and service was quick. Breakfast nice too with excellent choice. Appointments available at the spa, nice and professional service there too. Very nice swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, everything was working and very clean. Nice childen play room. In general the hotel is very spacious and clean, with beautiful views from restaurant windows. One of the few places I would like to come back to!

The hotel is quite far from city centre and on the hill, walkable down to the city (approx 30 mins), but not sure how realistic might it be to walk back. Therefore a car is preferable especially in winter. My husband was attacked by a swimming pool attendant who assumed that he has washing himself in the swimming pool which was completely not true🤣🤣🤣 He was just trying to rub water on himself to help him enter because the water was a bit cooler than what we normally used to.

Very clean room. Exceptional taste of breakfasts and restaurant’s kitchen. Very friendly and professional check out receptionists. Parking spaces next to the hotel entrance. Panoramic view from the room balcony. Spa services booking flexibility. Play room for children very well equipped.

Lack of words such as please, thank you and a bit of friendliness while check in procedures. Few “professional” customers swear words noisy chat among their company inmates located on their balcony and the garden rest area at evening time.

A wonderful experience- a really fantastic staff team who went out of their way to ensure a great stay, from early check-in to late check-out. Fantastic breakfast selection and again, excellent waiting staff. Really good spa facilities and staff. The comfort room is spacious with a good size balcony and a great bathroom. Overall, a great place to rest and relax in a beautiful setting with super facilities and an outstanding team - definitely will stay again

The weather

The facilities were nice and clean, location is great - you are surrounded by nature. There's also plenty of places to take your dog out if you travel with one.

Breakfast was good but a lot of important items were missing - no alternative to coffee, no alternative to milk, no muesli, yoghurts only sweet ones. So if you have dietary restrictions or you like light breakfast you won't be happy there. Also almost all spots were booked for treatments; for such a big hotel you would think they will have more than 1 masseuse .

Everything was fine, but without magic and delight. Very pleasant and polite staff. The most important thing is that the rooms are very clean, but the rooms are already a little tired and worn out. Pretty good pool and saunas. Normal restaurant with normal prices, breakfast is also ok, but also without enthusiasm.

Very slow elevators, you spend a lot of time waiting for them. Not a very convenient location, the hotel is at a height, and in order to go down to the city you need to walk decently along uncleaned roads. For young parents with strollers - on the way from the hotel to the city - there are a lot of paving stones and steps, so many - that they took a taxi back to the hotel. Cramped lobby, not everyone had enough space to sit there in the evening with a glass.

The room is very comfortable, easy to work there if you are on a business trip. Very nice Staff, great breakfast, and also evening dishes. Area is pretty quiet so there is a plenty of ways to rest and relax

I was surprised to see that breakfast time started quite late, perhaps Hotel can reconsider starting 6.30 or at least 7am

Excellent comfortable and efficient hotel. Staff tried very hard to please and accommodate our wishes including arranging an early check in. Swimming pool area was excellent.

Breakfast choices were a little limited compared to other hotels of similar standard eg only cornflakes and coco balls for breakfast cereal. Bar closed at 10pm.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Amazing location and the view (4th floor). The room was spacious, cozy and very clean. Excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were extremely polite, professional and very helpful (they were able to help me to find a nice beauty salon in Ustron and in the matter of a few hours to book an appointment for me). Wellness and SPA very nice facility and friendly staff. This is my first visit to this hotel and certainly not the last. I definitely recommend!

The chef and cuisine are exceptional, it is worthy to test it for the sake of it. Facilities in the room are just fine, facilities in the hotel are really good ie swimming pool is spacious and more water attractions await tourists inside. Animations for kids are really good and give extra free time to the parents.

We were located on the second floor, almost right above the entrance- we didn't like the noise people made leaving the hotel in the middle of the night and people smoking cigarettes. Also double extra bad was in fact hard sofa so next time we would consider getting even bigger room to get regular beds for all.
