I appreciate the Cleanliness. Above all I liked my stay in this hotel. I will come again before the end of this year .

The telephone in my room was disconnected and was not fixed even though I asked the reception to fix it. This made me uncomfortable regarding communication with room service when in need. Came on a vacation from Australia. Will be coming again to this hotel as I liked the location.

at about 10am the staff called and asked what time will I check out which to me is actually kinda not nice and not professional.. we knew our check out time and infact i already check out at 5am in the morning

Overall, satisfied with the hotel service from the room cleanliness, toilet & the bed. The room quite spacious if you take double twin room - perfect for family stay. Also, got underground parking no need to worry about your car safety. The location really nice reachable to go nearest eateries at Iconic Point.

Comfy stay close to highway. Good sized room, clean sheets, towel. Decent toilet. Staff was friendly. Easy check in/out. Parking roadside in front of hotel. Will stay again.

Nothing- it s nothing fancy but good value for money.

Location was excellent about 10 minutes to Stadium Batu Kawan.. there's a Kedai mamak downstairs which is convenient. Family room was spacious..😊

bathroom knobs and pipes has stains..needs a good cleaning..

Among the best 3 star hotel at Bkt Tambun.

Nice and comfort stay for all. Luxurious accommodation with reasonable price, great experience to stay at this property. Near to Mamak Restaurant and this property also have a cafe to enjoy the meals without need to go outside.

Nothing... Everything is good.... hahahaha... maybe the road to the property is not maintain well by the JKR. If you afraid of dog, be careful at the lobby parking... but the dog doing their own business. Hahaha

The room is still spacious. The toilet got water heater, as i am travelling with baby it is very convenient. There is kedai mamak near by also very convenient.

hotel close to work..good atmosphere..place to find food nearby ... very reasonable price..good service near counter and friendly people..there is an ice cream fridge near outside the elevator entrance ..

the wifi is always damp and the tv line is always hanging out..the garbage bin is too small in the bathroom..the clothes hanger provided is not enough ..

The location is close to the main places. Close to restaurants.

The lights in the room are not suitable in the room.
