There are tons of restaurants and convenient stores around this hotel which I liked the most. I parked my car in the hotel and walked to one of the restaurants to have my dinner. They do provide me complimentary car park by allowing me to use the room card at the car park entry/exit machine. No extra validation need to be done and this saved me a lot of hassle. The room is spacious and every basic need is provided. Long mirror is attached in the washroom and girl will quite enjoy selfie moment a lot.

The hotel charged higher price per night than average rate mentioned in their marketing material which I never expected. I booked the room for my friend Penang Bridge International Marathon. Car park space are limited in the building, so if you reach hotel in the late night, most probably your car will need to park outside the hotel.

these is huge disappointment when you room was break in by thief under iconic hotel supervision , iconic hotel will tell you it’s not responsible for iconic hotel at all , they will ask you to call police by yourself. that’s all highly concerned for the safety issue without security protection under iconic hotel.

Would prefer to have brighter lighting in the bathroom. Special thanks to Jason Teoh who handled by request to extend my stay. Very pleased with his service

Bathroom light too dim. Need it to be brighter. Air conditioning in the room is too cold even though I set it to 27deg C. It always went back to 25.5 deg C. But the temperature was much lower than 25.5 as I felt it. After staying for 4 nights, my request to have a late checkout at 5.00pm on 31st March (Sunday) was rejected. A little disappointed as we all knew that the occupation rate on Sunday was not high and you could have easily accommodated my request.

(1) There was one staff at the reception who was not very friendly (cannot remember her name, wears spectacles and a bit on the plump side). Initially, I thought it was her command of English but then realized that her customer service mannerism needs to be improved. The rest in the reception area were very good.

The hotel is modern and fresh with good room size and bathroom. Comfortable bed with fresh linen and reasonable TV selection too. Breakfast buffet was very good and catered for all tastes. Staff were friendly and helpful

Great location in an area with lots of great food options. Well located not far from the highway exit. Rooms are a good size for the price.

Some of the staff are still young, learning the ropes and inexperienced. But that's ok. They just need a bit more time to get better

Very clean and spacious room and good hotel facilities, enjoyed the breakfast selection and excellent hotel amenities. The staff were friendly. The housekeeping staff was accommodating.

Room we stayed in, the bathroom flooring/tiles is uneven, the water could not drain. The engineering staff and housekeeping did help to clean it up, but then the same thing occurred.

The rooms and facilities were all up to expectation. Very recommended. They tried their best to accommodate to our every needs.

There was no supermarket nearby. Had to walk a distance to get any emergencies. Had alot of non halal eating options nearby.
