The location is smack in the middle of town, View from the unit is also quite nice you get the seaview. Its large and comfortable for a family of 5 to 6 , with two bathrooms, they give you wifi and a smart tv, towels and ameneties, an iron, microwave fridge and water heater for all the clean toilets, and ofcourse all air conditioned. They even took the liberty to turn it on for us to check in. A welcoming gesture i might add. There was no issues for me personally. Yet some might find that the building unit is old with wear and tear perhaps. But, the owner has done maintainence and it is quite exceptional. Yes the whole building is not new. But its not terrible and i might add its very afordable considering the price and location.

I would love to repeat again.. The place had a really amazing view and complete with good facilities such as washing machine and a portable stove. Other than that the place is super take care of where each place was clean and well arrange, the WiFi was also Mantap. Every inch in that place is perfect. In conclusion the staying was very valuable and worth to spend on.

Although I was kinda shocked with the check out time where we family's of 5 had to wake up gelabah bcus 1 bathroom was not in use for the water heater was not working. Even though if both of the bathroom can be used but it will really make a smile on some other faces where you could change the checkout time to 12:30 to 1 pm. That is all thank you hope to see the upgrade about the checkout time.

complete unit for my family - kitchen (microwave, fridge, water heater, induction, glasses, cup, plates, ) - washing machine - extra pillows - internet, android TV with HBO - drying/hanger - iron & iron board - 2 bedrooms with sofa bed in the living hall - enough for the whole family - prayer mat is provided - 24 hours convenience store (news.com) at the lobby collecting keys is easy, but need to queue and register at the security. the unit is very windy and facing sea view, can relax at the balcony

suggestion - provide extra towels and put night curtain at hall the parking ramps going up/down to is a bit narrow - need to be careful

- Staff was friendly and efficient. He called us to confirm our booking and our ETA, and gave clear instructions on how to find the suite, and what to do/what not to do + what to expect. He was also very swift in handing us the keys and receving the deposit, then during check out was very quick in handing us back the deposit as soon as we returned the keys. He had also turned on the fan and aircon and lights in the apartment so it wasn't so hot and stuffy when we entered the unit. - Location is great, there are a number of stores at the lobby (a souvenir shop, starbucks, minimart, 24-hour minimart, etc) Also has a carpark conveniently right outside (though we didnt use the parking lots). Location is also very secure, you can't access the flats without an access card that comes with the keys. There are also security guards guarding the door and patrolling the area - Apartment was clean and bright and spacious. Comes with a good view too! Had aircon in the rooms, and aircon + fan in the living room. They also have electric kettle and stove and microwave, and a washing machine and bidet in the toilet. Slippers were provided for the toilet too, in case you're wearing socks and lazy to take them off like me. Beds are very big and comfortable, pillows and blankets are very comfortable and soft. The TV also comes with netflix which we used to watch a few movies!

Room Aircon was cold, but Living Room aircon not as cold. Got two fans though, so it wasn't hot, and the aircon did get cold, after a very long time though.

The location is excellent and good spot to go anywhere. Fully equipped kitchen but we ate out every day. The full size fridge is excellent. Great view all round. Fast internet speed also.

Broken furniture; the tables and chairs. I hope they get replaced. Also, there's no actual sign to tell you if there's rubbish room? Finally, the toilet. I think it might be backflow septic; it can get smelly.

Nice airbnb and beach view.. near to gurney and also the town. Hav starbucks and mynews, next building hav pharmacy.. the airbnb hav 2 rooms, 2 toilets, kitchen and hall..

I really super duper dont like the parking in the building.. if you drive with larger car like vellfire, alphard, or any other familiar car, pls find another airbnb.. the mansion one parking not suitable for all types car. This airbnb at Mansion One.. My car got dented because the parking space too narrow when u want to going up or down. Taking side to go up and down also its still high risk. We park outside. Randomly parking.

Clean place, location good, apartments were big.

Room06 on the 23a flr.... One Aircon was noisy had to switch it off. Not knowing that I had to pay Rm200 for deposit. Not knowing I had to self check in and self check out Feel uneasy to burden the security guard with all my questions because I was not pre advised.

The staff were helpful n responded fast to requests. The location is excellent. Beautiful view from the corner unit.

There are only 4 lifts to service all that number of units and only 2 lifts were functioning properly. An upgrade of the sofa(cushion is worn out) and linen(very old n worn) would be much appreciated.

Clean & spacious

Toiletries could be better. Extra parking was charged RM60 instead of RM40 mentioned during communication before check in.
