My work was in Gleneagles Hospital which was situated next door. So I chose the location. However....

Parking: i got the top most spot. the entrance is hidden away behind another hotel. Only an A4-sized notice was seen only 20 m away the most. So NO luck seeing it at night. The parking bay is also very narrow. Exit route: Only one and it's good if your destination is in town but if you were to head north on a working day, you must go through Burmah road which will cost you an extra 10 mins on a 2 km stretch.

The location was strategic with the Starbucks and My News at the building. Gurney drive is 20 mins away walking distance. The view from the room is superb. The room was spacious and the washing machine is a bonus.

Overall the facilities is good. But the lift taking to long to reached the floor as we staying at the 28th floor of the building. The day checked out, we suggest can check out early around 9-10am to avoid the crowd of people checking out.

It's like a full apartment that everything I needed was there. What I like about the facility is that the washing machine. As I travel across different cities in Asia, I need my clothes to get washed. I utilize all the equipment like ironing and using the clothesline outside for my wet clothes. I was not expecting a huge guest area, an extra bed, huge fridge, and kitchen utensils which I didn't use. The location was a bit far from the city but nearby the beach and other establishments but it was accessible by bus from the city center. The photos are from a video so it's not that clear but overall it was an amazing stay. Great views during the night.

I'm new to no personal contact with the owner checking-in. I'm just anxious if I do something wrong with the check-in and check-out process. There's some tiny bit smell from the washroom area but it does not affect my stay.

Comfortable place to stay. It's in the middle of the town, with a great view of the scenery (we're staying at 38th floor). The best part of the stay was the showers were heavily poured, like waterfalls and heavy rains laa hahaha. So nice to take a shower after a long day of vacation. Nice! Plus, it's easy to find a place to eat. Famous stalls/restaurants are all around the place, but need to drive/use Grab to go there. Overall, the stay was really superb! 🌟🌟🌟

The sound of the piping/water pressure was quite loud especially in the morning. However the owner already mentioned that it's normal scenario if you're staying at the condo in Penang.

Huge apartment with full kitchen with washing machine, two beds, large balcony and large shower enclosure with powerful spray. Stephen is a very helpful, responsive and friendly host, as are all the security guards that work in the building. There are four lifts that you never have to wait long for - our apartment was on the 18th floor - and the location is excellent.

Sadly the balcony is unusable. The aircon unit is incredibly noisy and blows right onto the balcony itself, making it unpleasant to sit there. The apartment has poor design flaws, like no light switches at all in one bedroom and the aircon outlet for one bedroom runs water out onto the bathroom floor. So despite the shower enclosure preventing the floor getting wet, it gets wet anyway because of the aircon. Also, the WiFi is useless and we couldn’t work the TV. Despite all this, I would still recommend the apartment for those looking for a budget stay in George Town who also want a full kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend it for more than a couple, because the layout just wouldn’t work.

The balcony facing the sea. Although it's not full. It was the most relaxing time sitting there looking at the city and the sea. Stephen was fast response. He provided complete toiletries, 4 towels. Extra matras. Though the blankets are not thick enough. The unit is in 11th floor. The second bedroom facing the city night lights. So good. Unfortunately my stay was disturbed because my son got sick. The only downside maybe it's far from restaurants or hawkers. A bit difficult to eat. We always took grab car to the George town center which is 2.5km from the apartment to eat. It cost less than 10 RM. But for those who look for the closeness to the famous hospital gleneagles, this place is perfect. Overall nice stay. Thank you Stephen

Water heater sometimes not working

it was affordable, have convenience store “news” at ground floor, starbucks. easy to find. free parking. clean place with nice view, big enough to accommodate 5 of us adults. even tho we didnt use the kitchen but it has basic utensils including rice cooker (not sure if its working, didnt try) we couldn’t watch the tv (some technical error) but as our stay was short, it doesnt really bother us. staffs are responsive and polite. 100% will return back in future

Unit is big. Location is central and near to many places. Responsive owner.

I had been staying at Mansion One for many times due to it's location. So far I'm always happy with the unit I got but this round I'm not too happy with the unit condition. The unit is dusty and a lot of spider web. There are many insects at balcony area. I hope in future owner may plan more attention to the unit cleaniress..

The location, right next door to the hospital we were visiting. And pretty close to eatiries nearby, also a money changer at the nearest plaza. Although couldn’t figured out bus route nearby

Some of the facilities are abit outdated. Would be nice if it were newer and more usa-friendly.
