Noodle soup station, the soup can be a little bit more tasty example chicken broth taste for soups.

We stayed here at the beginning of our trip to Penang before their grand opening, and it was so amazing we kept extending it! We then came at the end of our trip and extended once again, staying a total of 6 nights! The apartments were impeccably comfortable, clean and beautifully designed. Very thoughtful of the guest's experience, also providing complimentary amenities every day and equipped with everything you could ever need, even washing and drying machines, as well as a dish washing machine which was all very handy throughout our long stay. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of choices, which we loved. The team at breakfast was lovely, in particular a senior Indian Malay lady trainee from the waitress team who was very warm and hospitable, we're sad we didn't catch her name. The concierge luggage helper Ammar, was fantastic and incredibly friendly! He went out of his way and patiently helped us handle a few requests. The receptionists Kharisma, Adam, Weena and Adriana were outstanding and very kind and assisted us with everything we needed! We also made friends with the exceptional team from the Bar, Kucina restaurant and Lava Java café downstairs. Mac, the nicest waiter who introduced us to the hotel on the first day! Evan, the pro barista always with a genuine smile and passion to serve guests. Ganish, Fandey, Atira and Sharvin too, they all made our stay memorable. Lastly, the housekeepers on our floor and the team from the room service were also exceptional and really made us feel well taken care of. Thank you all and we will certainly see you soon! The service, spaciousness of the apartments, and buffet breakfast was tremendous. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with a family of 3, 2 adults and a 14 year old. We called and emailed in advance to arrange a second bed (roll out, all made up). All sorted perfectly by the hotel. A great stay! 😊

The pool was great however when busy the pool ran out of pool towels.

The bellboy Ammar was very kind and has nice hospitality in explaining the facilities of Marriott service apartment to us. Overall I love the scent of Marriott, it gives a good impression and warmth feeling of welcoming as you enter the place!

The breakfast buffet line could have been more interesting.

The apartment was very clean and modern with all the utensils and amenities required and more.

Breakfast was very busy with a wait for a table on our first day (Sunday).

Great service by the staff and perfectly location.

There is no convenient shop in the hotel, need to walk a 5 minutes walking distance to convenient store.

I stayed in a well-furnished 2-bedroom apartment with a nice sea view together with my wife and son. What a wonderful weekend in Penang!

Location is fantastic, it's near to all the restaurants and coffee shops we wanted to go to. There is also a new park right outside the hotel

A side from the room price, the 2 bedroom apartment in Marriott was one of my best hotel reservations. I cannot think of any area for improvement or shortcomings other than the price.

Friendly staffs, quick check in & out, room was clean with complete equipment inside the apartment, just nice for family stay.
