Excellent location and good value for money. The homestay is a studio type but we can easily fit 5 adults with no issue. They also provided a washing machine, fridge, vacuum, extra towel, rice cooker, kettle, comfortable kitchenette and lots of garbage plastic and tissue paper. No issue if you want to cook big portion.

The bathroom smells could be improved. I think its the drain because its smells like old urine in there when the bathroom not in use.

Rooms are very clean, facilities are very sufficient. Great place for a group of friends to stay at.

Homestay was comfortable, clean and the mountain view is spectacular.. Level 30 with whole view city beautiful at night..the price is reasonable with safety private parking.. Tq.. Will come back again next time..

No parking for visitor while checkin, absolute quarrel with security guard in front of building.

The Property was excellent. Nice location, clean, comfort, facilities was great. Close to hospital and there is convenient store at the lobby. My family very like this place. Wonderfull. Recommended place for family or group.

Place is big, very suitable for more than 8 people stay, lots of beds and beautiful views. Security good and straight.

The additional rooms built inside the flat to accommodate 10 people We knew it from the beginning, so it is not a big deal, each of my 3 kids got his own room at least

The hairdryer is not hot enough... Hard to dry out our hair after wash The toilet consider is clean.. but there is some wear & tear in the toilet. For example, the cabinet below the sink is broken, the bottom door of the toilet is wear & tear...

The view, the ambiance, the location is strategic, near gurney food court. The owner is friendly.

The aircon I think need servicing. Sometimes it doesn't cold, also the ceiling fan can't adjust the speed.
