check in is online and doors code with instructions you will get only after checking in online. If you arrive at night time and you did not checked in online before and you phone battery is off or you dont have wifi, you will not get in to the hostel.

The rooms are very comfortable, we had everything we needed including a desk and chair. location is a 30 mins walk from the center but public transport is very convenient and close by. Also, there is a local food market very close by which we enjoyed. AC and fan worked very well. There is a common area with a kitchen (microwave and fridge etc) and a washing machine too.

Construction going on all day at the neighboring house. The noise was unbearable but I’m assuming it’s was just going on when we were there. The bathrooms are not the cleanest (shared bathrooms) and there was a constant smell.

The house is huge and super clean. We stayed in the double room and it definitely exceeded expectations. Super comfortable and spacious. Public transport is available in the area. Great price!

We didn't have a SIM card so the "contactless check-in" where you have to call the owner was not ideal. Definitely get that taken care of while you have wifi (check your booking messages) before you go. Also, this is very out of the touristy area and far from local food as it is in a residential area. We knew that so it wasn't a problem (it was Lunar New Year and we were just booking for price) but if you want to see all the Penang sights this is a very out of the way place to stay.

This is a good lacation place, it has very nice worker, nice severice, single room, a little quite but also noisy room, whatever, this is yr good choice if u don‘t more high asking.

not clean every day, liver need clean your room by yrself, it’s noisy outside nerly this house.

The house is in a very quiet location. Also inside the house it was calm. Sleeping there was very comfortable. Kitchen and washing machine available, water for free, many places inside the house to work from with your laptop, also table and good chair in the room, good Internet, it is perfect for digital nomads. Several bathrooms. Fan in addition to a/c, which is good for all who prefer a fan. Check in and out easy.

Only little things like shower gel + a proper knife in the kitchen could improve the house.

The room was clean, had comfortable bed, wardrobe and desk with a chair, which we found very practical. Our room was without bathroom. The shared facilities were very clean. And we have almost never met anyone else, when we needed to use them. There is also water dispenser and washing machine available for guests. Quiet location, little walk to the city centre, but there is city bikes station nearby. If we are back in Georgetown we will stay here again. Thank you.

It looks like a big house sharing, people from different nationalities were chilling outside, you have a kitchen if you wanna cook, you can self check in at anytime they send you all the information by email, the room was very clean

It's nice. It's just that I thought the toilet (seat) would be in the private bathroom as well.

The toilet seat is separated from the private bathroom.
