The hotel is in the city…easy to travel…owner is so sportying and friendly and she doesn’t mind if we come back late….overall…superb…❤️❤️❤️❤️

Easy parking, the owner also friendly. The place is near the town just took 5 minit. Nice and clean room. It's a apartment which separated room and the bathroom is sharing.

Good n kindness staff….will coming again…the place at town centre…easy to go anywhere..easy car park…and again thank you for everything…

I've stayed in OYO Brand Hostels before and THIS IS NOT OYO Hostels. Its more like someone's private residence rented out like a AirBnB. Now I understand "OYO Home" refers to someone's house rather than the OYO Hostel itself. So do take note. - The Owner is a Chinese Lady called Mrs Teo. She is Friendly but I have a feeling she can be Very Strict on Cleanliness - Even though a Private Residence, Mrs Teo does not live here. The Whole Place was about 5 rooms rented out like a AirBnB. - There is a Living Room with a TV (that I did not use) There is also a Kitchen if you need, although I also didn't cook. - There is a Free Water Cooler with Hot and Cold Water - Generally Quiet Stay, I didn't see much of the other Guests and they were not noisy. - WIFI is available - There are Multiple Electrical Sockets although some of them don't work. - Generally Cleanly Maintained although the Clothes Hanger is Broken and patched up using Tape - This is located at 4th Level and there is a very Small Elevator to be able to reach it. That said, sometimes there are maintenance done on this Elevator (usually in the Evenings), so don't be surprised if the Elevator doesn't arrive when you call it. - For Tourists, there is usually a Mandatory RM10 Tourist Tax to pay. Mrs Teo did not charge me this Tourist Tax, maybe this is more a AirBnB then a Hostel? She also did not charge me any Room Deposit Fee for which I am thankful. - This place is Very Conveniently Located very near to alot of Good Food Areas. In fact New Lane Hawker Food Street is just a 5mins walk away. All Grab Drivers know how to come here.

Actual Name of this Building is "Wisma Getah", NOT OYO Home 90326, and is NOT Run by the OYO Hostels Franchise. This is more like a AirBnB. - There is no Frontdesk. When I reached the location, there were no one there to receive me. I had to search around while having a mild panic if there was even anyone in this place. No responses via Whatsapp or Booking.com Messaging. Mrs Teo herself eventually came up and introduced herself so luckily I was able to check in. If she had not came by herself to meet me, who knows how long I'd have to wait to check in? - Mrs Teo will actually come into your Room when you are not around. I know this because she drew up the Curtains even though I let them down. Luckily none of my belongings were touched. - The Fan works but is unable to oscillate. - There are some Electrical Power Sockets that don't work. One is even broken so be very careful of Electrical Shocks - The Sink in the Toilet is Leaking. - There were Mosquitos around. A Bat even flew in during the Night. - This place has a Bad Reputation. When I took the lift up, there were a Couple who are Residents here, and they asked if I was a Traveller. They complained about Mrs Teo sub-letting her Unit out like a AirBnB and keep saying that its illegal to do so. Convo made me uncomfortable. I gather that this couple did not like Mrs Teo. There was also a Grab Driver who picked me up that badmouthed this place because apparently he was scammed by this place in the past? In Conclusion, while Mrs Teo herself was Friendly enough and the Place was decently maintained and acceptable for Non-Fussy, I didn't really like how its actually just a AirBnB in Disguise and not an Actual Hostel. Although I was lucky to meet Mrs Teo soon when I arrived, I can totally see how this can easily go sideways if she had not arrived to meet me and I would have been stuck with no room to stay.
