Staffs are friendly! Location is good. I booked four rooms, one with AC not working and they immediately changed a new room for my colleague 👍🏻

Room is okay but there are spots of blood found on the chair and floor. The bathroom is too small to shower so I had to shower near/next to the sink and wet the entire bathroom. No parking, we had to use the paid parking even we've booked 4 rooms with only one car. Paid parking rate is quite expensive 8pm - 7am: Flat rate RM5 per entry [You pay each time you re-enter] 7am - 8pm: RM1 for every 45minutes [This is pain as they don't have a flat rate]

The room was as described. We got a corner room so the room was very large and spacious. Most importantly the room was clean and the stay was comfy. It is also on the same street as the famous Siam road CKT, but the area is quiet in the evening with good options just a 3-5 mins walk away. We particularly liked that there was a water dispenser in the main lobby to refill our bottles.

For the price, there isn’t much to complain about. Non crucial point for us was that the toilet was in an odd shape, but the water pressure was very strong.

We like the location since it is not a busy road, the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is newly renovated and chic. The room rate is cheap considering the location, facility and the appearance.

Lack of parking space so we have to park at the public parking space with an expensive rate (RM10 for about 4 hours). I recommend that the hotel absorb the fee and include in the room fee. Only one towel provided even though I booked the room for 2 person, need to request for another.

their interior design is top notch. got parking infrontof hotel (but limited) so u hv to be at hotel early as possible. Plus, there is a single parking at the back (secret enterance), water pressure is like pili bomba (so fast), got smart tv for kiddo to watch youtube, good AC.

everything is so so la. for the price is affordable for a hotel that have thin layer of wall. lots outside noise from inside your room(sometimes) but as i said, cant complain much as for the price given to you. 👍

This newly refurbished hotel is in the middle of every penang spots i go. Walking distance to the famous CharKuayTeow and lots other attractions. They have limited car park in front. But i manage to have one as it wasnt peak during my stay. Room is clean, bed comfy, and impressive man-paint mural art in the lobby!

I spent 3 night in the hotel, different rooms. Single and double rooms. It really recommend anyone who want to have some rest in a comfy and quiet hotel to book there. The staff are extremely helpful. Thank you

Large, comfy rooms and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Stones throw from the coolest bits of Georgetown.

The hotel just undergone revamp and looks much better than previously. Clean and good value. Staffs were friendly as well. High recommended for a budget stay.
