The hotel have limited parking space, some got covered roof , very convenient Luckily we came in not in peak periods to get the car park lot. The Coway Water Filter Machine at each floor is provided convenient us to refill the water if needed.

The pillow of the hotel not that comfortable, too soft. The toilet space is limited a bit , will hard a bit to move around.

Everything - from the ample parking space to the service and the rooms. It’s my second time staying here between a span of two weeks. Noise: It can be noisy for some when people are walking back to their rooms or upstairs move things around their room or when the nearby mosque prayers start in the early morning hours. Room: The blinds are not black out but since I’m a light sleeper and need absolute dark and silence, I bring my ear plugs and eye mask everywhere so I’m alright. Bathroom: Read some reviews and came prepared twice- brought my own hand soap and soap bar and hairdryer since I like my own. A bit over the top but we brought detergent to clean the cups as well. Hotel provides body wash and shampoo. Water: There is a water dispenser by the elevator on each floor. Super convenient! Location: We walked less than 10 mins to the next street to Q for the Siam Road char kuey teow but if you walked further you’ll be in the foodie area.

Dusty areas, especially the top bit (shelf) of the ‘cloths rack’ - i had to wipe it down three times. Blood stains on bedsheet is a no-no and again I tend to bring extra cloth to lie on so it doesn’t bother me overly much except it looked kinda..fresh-ish yuck.

The staff helping to check us in, George, was really friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and informative to things to do, eat or drink and history of Penang. He was also helpful in getting guests to park their cars. All other staff were also friendly, polite and professional. Hotel is modern and foyer, although not big, has an airy comfy feel to it. Location is great for food and getting around Penang in general. The pillows were really comfortable. Can you provide the make and type of pillows used in the room ? :-)

Room and toilet are far smaller than expected and in the photos, especially for 2 people sharing a room. Can be a bit noisy from other guests moving around outside

Cleanliness is the most important factor for me during a stay, and the room definitely met my expectations with spotless bedsheets, a clean bathroom, and gorgeous building structure. This hotel is definitely one of my top choices when staying in Penang.

The concept of the hotel is minimal aesthetic. The layout is pretty simple yet has an exclusive touch. Location wise it is pretty strategic in the city - you can easily go anywhere within a 15-20 minute distance

My overall stay was good as it was not during holidays season but if there is something that could be improve probably the parking area as it is quite limited

The car park is available on-site. There is a vending machine in the parking lot. Check-in was smooth. The air cond in the lobby was cold and I really liked it because the outside was really hot. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very clean. Water filters are provided on every floor. The water pressure and heater were very good. The bed is comfortable. The room was very clean. Air cond is cold. The hotel is still very new and kept clean. I hope they will maintain and continue to keep it that way. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

There are no shops/food available nearby OR maybe I am not aware. The room was a bit smelly perhaps coming from the toilet but it didn't bother me much after opening the window to let fresh air in and put in an air freshener. Only 2 pillows were provided. Would be great if they could provide additional pillows. But their bed and pillows are very comfortable and clean. The room and toilet are a bit small but it's alright since I don't spend much time in the room. The soundproofing was bad as I could hear people talking outside and sounds from the other rooms.

Accessibility thru using Grab App to reach a certain place and order food. Prompt housekeeping and pleasant staff. Penang Tourism pamphlets are ready as guides on where best to go. Love the Netflix availability and that is thumbs for me. Thanks.

No fridge in the room. I like the common area but would have been best if the cafeteria or restaurant is ready to serve however it is not available. The food we bought is secured and placed in the common fridge with a lock which is great. No room for 3-4 pieces of luggage. Be creative to maximize the space.

I liked the room and the staffs attitude, and the fact that they cleaned up our room daily. Design was sleek and modern, very nice, and WIFI was pretty good. Will consider coming back here again if visiting Penang

The Aircon had some sort of timer which turned on and off and netflix had too many ppl using we couldn't use, as well as not providing shavers

The location. The king sized bed. Very quiet even though it located along the busy road. Prompt check in and check out.
