We booked the deluxe suite and it was excellent! Cool ceiling mirror and bathtub :D There is a refundable deposit charged in CASH ONLY, upon checking in. The staff are welcoming and allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Good location, nice cafes and local food nearby.

The rooms were not soundproof whatsoever. Unfortunately, next door to us, we had a couple who apparently liked to argue a lot, so we could hear a lot of yelling through the walls. The bathtub is nice, but do not be deceived, it is not a jacuzzi and the water is not that hot. The location is good, however, the area is not pedestrian friendly, so be prepared to walk on the side of busy roads with no footpath (though, a lot of Asia is like this, if you didn't know already). If you're able to rent a bike/scooter and ride that confidently, we would advise doing so, to get around easier (especially in the heat, when it's too hot to walk around)

- 2nd day i stay at apple hotel my tv in my room lost channel and apple hotel staff are so kindly and faster give a service. - value the money to stay - nearby he hotel have aviral restaurant "syazana nasi melayu' by walking distance

- aircond are not cool,actually need a more power to cover a room. - dont have netflix,channel on tv are not interesting. - limited parking - no fridge and iron in room - a bit noisy when water pipe has sound from upper level

I booked the room because of the jacuzzi bath tub. It is clean and nice room. I had a relax night with husband. The bed is comfortable too. The price is valuable. Hope the hotel keep in the nice condition. And I will be back if come to Penang again.

Limited parking, but I am lucky to get one when I arrive at night. Jacuzzi no power. So it's just like a big bath tub for me to soak in. If really functions even better.

I love the room , the bed was super comfy and even the receptionist is very friendly and gorgeous

Only 3 things, 1. The bath jacuzzi tub button is not functioning . 2. The television channel if you guys add some more channels to watch would be nicer , such as "HBO" and etc. 3. I kept my food for a while and took a small nap and thought I would eat it after a short nap but there were a lot of ant 🐜 over my food once I woke up 🥴 (I didn't leave it with open)

property no issue. just the request extended hours I made earlier & initially was confirmed, happened to slippef the staff mind on the next day. it seems like they did not passover (?) properly .

The minimalist design with comfy facilities are the best. Also the bath tub, and all the toiletries are help me well. Tq so much.

Unfortunately, the TV not function well.. All the channels have no signal. That's the only thing I didn't like. Overall are satisfied.

The inside of the room will look like what inside the picture.. it is a minimalist type of hotel concept but it is still clean and look nice

The parking space is limited so if you actually have a car, you need to park at the roadside
