Great swimming pool with view, decent gym (bit small) clean apartment, no noise, location further from city center where all the magic happens but still OK - price/quality was perfect.

Communication coming from organisation was just bad. No responsiveness until the last second. We only got check-in instructions the day of our arrival, although we asked several times upfront to give more information. Getting this last minute is not an issue, but at least communicate that it’s coming. Also, they should add additional facilities like a cafe/restaurant/store in the building, now there’s nothing and you have to go out to buy bottles of water for example.

Everything, esp the infinity pool. You self check-in. I had a few questions to the host but was answered promptly via whatsapp. The property is spotless, well-equipped and boasts modern interior. We love the place that we don’t feel the need to out.

Location- a bit far from city centre. If you have kids, stock up with snacks and foods. There’s only a coffeeshop downstairs and some vending machines.But if you are only after staycation, this is a perfect property. We took Grab everytime we go out. Towels may need replacement though. Waiting time for the lift was bad on the first day, but has improved throughout our stay.

Very good place to stay in Penang. The Pool was just the best thing to go to for a nice swim in the morning to enjoy the sunshine. The staff were responsive and helpful in any queries we had. The check in/out was also very quick. Rooms were spacious in the apartment and bathrooms were clean. Had some convenience stores walking distance which was good!

Difficult getting clean towels, so would recommend buying your own detergent and washing up powder as you can do your laundry in the apartment. Sometimes we saw ants and small bugs on the floor near the window, so could do with a more thorough clean of the property. The lights outside the apartment stay on all night, so in some rooms this reflected into the room which made it hard to sleep at times as the blinds didn’t fully shut.

The location is close to the town, easy access, easy check in procedure (self check in), guards are friendly. Everything in the unit is complete - kitchen - with complete utensils, microwave, electric hob, large fridge (first time I see a large fridge in a homestay!), rooms are clean with clean sheets with comfortable comforter and pillows. Bathroom is a good size comes with shower gel. Towels are provided for 7 pax. The unit is large and it is a sea view unit. Did not get a chance to use the facilities provided by the condo. Would repeat the next time I am in Penang.

Host can improve by getting pest control as there were one or two little cockroaches in the unit. Also, the aircond in the master bedroom is not cold enough. The fan is also not functioning in the master bedroom.

I will try to make this review as objective as possible, I booked this place as a solo traveller ( 3 room unit ) exclusively for the pool and the view The Unit is perfect for bigger groups or families and the price would be even cheaper. I will use this place also for future bookings when i go to Penang

It is not really central but Georgetown is a really small city and Grab is cheap Not much around the area - a small mart for basic needs It would be ideal to have toiletries like in a hotel ( shower gel etc ) The quality of the towels is not the best ( cheapest and thinest version from ikea ) I mention this as i backpacked for this trip so did not space to carry towels from home

It was a pleasant stay and got all the facilities needed... Got sauna, small playground for kids, pool ofcourse, gym, library and cafe.. While in the apartment there are all the basic amenities that make u feel like living at home.. More important is, it so clean and cozy.. And i was lucky that the management upgrade my suite for free.. I'm enjoy the stay and sure will come back..

If you are driving a large vehicle, you should be careful in the parking lot, and also the view leading to the grave (but it's not creepy at all, coz it's far a way, just u can see it from the apartment)

My whole family truly enjoy this place, it's very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped with all basic necessity like towels, shower gel, kitchenware and WiFi Internet with free Netflix and YouTube channel to watch. Check-in process is pretty simple and convenient. Location is right at the center of Georgetown where it's easier to travel to many tourist attractions places. Bonus point is we also enjoyed the suite facilities at top floors - gym room, kids playground and mini library. A great cosy place to chill and enjoy the city scenery view.

I like the accessibility, easy to check in, clear information provided in advance, we enjoyed the whole apartment with a beautiful view, it was spacious and clean place, amazing swimming pool with a clean water, and amazing view. We loved the location which was not right in the historical center. It gave us the feeling of privacy and authenticity of the local place.

We didnt like the kitchen facility for cooking, the cooking gas was creating black spots on the pots which was difficult to wash. I suggest to invest into a better stove. Other things were very OK.

Everything was perfect and the most important part was Clean .

I liked everything.
