There’s several nice food outlets on the ground floor. Serve nice nyonya cuisine, western, Japanese and Marriot Court hotel was just on the adjacent of the building. More than sufficient laundry detergents in store. 👍

Door key hard to open, main door closer needs to be adjusted to automatically closed the door. Master bedroom toilet door can’t open from inside. Dinning bench bolts are loose, needs to be tightened. Housekeeping needs to be replaced, coffee mugs not wash and we basically disinfected wash all the cutlery and rinse with hot water before using it.

Unit was wonderful, everything you need, safe and pretty close to everything. For any Aussies using this, The hot water switch for the shower is next to the light switch..... don't turn them off thinking they're for the exhaust fan lol.

We all found the beds extremely hard, but I think this is the normal over here

The host was very detailed in the instructions on how to self-collect the keys to the apartment through email. Also reminded us through WhatsApp on the day of arrival. There were 5 beds as stated in the listing. 5 foldable umbrellas were provided for our use during our stay, which was thoughtful and proved useful on a drizzling day. Instructions for the free Wifi were clearly displayed. One of the living room aircon was not operating (and it was clearly marked to be so), seems deliberate as the other aircon in the living room was sufficient to cool the room. shampoo and body wash gel was well provided. Two Hairdryers were provided, as were 5 towels. (We stated that there were 5 of us coming).

Sufficient cutlery were provided but some crockery were not well cleaned so we had to clean it with the provided washing liquid. The shower area in both toilets had no door nor shower curtain. Although there was a short glass panel separating the shower area from the toilet area, the floor at the toilet area was inadvertently made very wet and that caused the bathroom floor to be rather wet after a shower. The room with the ensuite bathroom had only one queen size bed (the two-bedders were the other two rooms) and so one of the ladies had to sleep on a folding mattress (taken from the other room).

Great and comfortable stay hope the property can stay and maintain this cleanliness level.

The toilet overall is clean just the floor is a bit slippery when theres water.

Our flat was well appointed and with a brilliant view from the sitting room. The location is ideal; easy walking distance to the centre of Georgetown, right by a lot of places to dine and near bus stops that will take you to the northern part of the island. The building is showing its age, but not to any degree of importance. The security staff is friendly. The view from the outdoor swimmingpool is magnificent. The gym is small but with enough weights (free standing and machines) and cardio machines to get some decent training in.

The swimming pool area could do with a few tables and chairs.

The apartment had most things that we needed including kitchenette, kettle, fridge, iron. Amazing view and clean too. Great to have toiletries and clean towels. Beds were comfortable with good pillows. Location was very good. Great space and nice to have access to a pool.

Air-conditioning could have been a bit stronger as one unit was not working in room 2.. Kitchen only had one small knife and could do with another larger one. TV was difficult to use with no instructions.

The host was very friendly and helpful. When we had problems, she immediately replied and solved the problems. Good location. Nice view from the rooms. Very convenient to find something to eat as there are a couple of restaurants and convenient store on the first floor

Need a little bit more care and maintenance. Found old water left in electrical pot, Air-condition and TV box remote control ran out of battery, Curtain cannot be closed all the way.

Stayed 3 nights in Sep23. Apartment is spacious, comfortable for our family of 8 Adult n 2 children. Unit is clean n fully air condition. Bath towel, body wash, shampoo are all provided. Owner is quick to response to any questions. Location is quite good, about 20mins walk to food lane and the popular durian stall. Shopping mall can b easily reached by grab in 10min or public bus. There are cafe, restaurant, convient stall within the same block. Check-in instructions was cleared. Unfortunately we have no time to enjoy the facilities but we enjoyed our stay n will recommend for group stay.

Bathroom floor get wet after every shower and it get slippery, dangerous for the young and the elderly. A shower curtains can b consider. More floor matt n hand towel in kitchen n bathroom.

View and the entire size of the apartment. Proximity to food places and city centre. Very detailed instructions on how to operate appliances in the apartment. Hosts prepared many extension power plugs so we didn't have to worry about using multiple appliances and charging multiple devices. Hosts compiled a list of nearby plces of interest and food choices - halal, non halal, vegan and desserts. Very useful to travellers not familiar with Penang.

Floor in the living room and TV console had some dust.

Location was great, next to a coffee shop, and just a bit of a walk down the street to convenience stores and food courts and George Town central is just about 6-7 mins away with Grab. Apartment has a great view and all you need for a comfortable stay. Host was great with instructions on key collection and check out.
