Location, good room, hot water etc. I can't understand the negative comments about this place. Sure the furniture is slightly worn. But great VFM!

The MYR100 cash deposit on arrival should be flagged up on Booking.com. I turned up without cash and had to walk to the nearest ATM in the rain!

Swimming Pool is wonderful, Bed was comfy, Room service and support staffs are really helpful. Though second night the AC stopped working. They came immediately and fixed the issue for us. So hats off to them. Location of the hotel is also centrally located to most of the tourist areas around 7 to 10 kms. except battu ferrungi which is some 30 km away from george town.

Breakfast at the room is not at all good, Esp. the not hot french fries was a spoilsport. They should think of a simple buffet breakfast with minimal variety like Bread toast, Live omlette section, Bread butter, Jam with toaster, simple fruits, juices, coffee and tea will be more than enough than spending cost in packaging. To withstand competition from nearby hotel they should immediately rectify this. So that they wont lose more business to other hotels in the coming years. Generally public transport is not that great in Penang hence will always have to rely on Grab Taxi App (so tourist better have a data package sim and install this app in their mobile and have it all the time for smooth commutation or else needs to go for a rent a car)

Big space for room, more cheapest. Compare to others near hotel with same price. Have swimming pool. Happy to stay on behalf for my kids. Will stay again.

Location is superb, food stalls, restaurants all around. The swimming pool was great. Christine the receptionist is a great girl, very friendly and helpful. Make us feel at home. Best choice Hotel in Penang

Everything was just nice. Nothing was not likeable.

The hotel is an old building but their facilities are brand new. The room is large and really comfy, and we got the front view of the hotel which is nice. The crew and staff were very nice, polite and helpful. There are plenty of parking space for hotel's guests at the frontyard of the hotel. There is a convenient shop similar to 7E inside the hotel near the front desk but it closes before midnight. The hotel is near to Dr Sun Yut Sen's memorial centre and Muzium Negeri Pulau Pinang (but the latter is still under renovation) and is surrounded by many buildings dated from the colonial era and pre- world wars.

Please clean the irons because both of the irons available in the iron room on level 3 can burn my shawls.

the hotel location is perfect for the local food the hotel also perfect for those who like to have a drink for night activities

Everything was really satisfying from the service to the facilities. Would love to come back here.

The towel prepared wasn't clean as in there was some stain. The kettle's filter was dirty could have replace the filter. The ice cube tray in the fridge was overfilled so it was not clean to be used in the first place.
