Excellent location, close to all the food you could want in downtown Penang. The room was clean and comfortable, the layout of the bunk bed was unique and a practical use of space. Free parking was great for the area, walkable to all the tourist attractions. Self check in and check out was easy enough.

The host messaged on WhatsApp too frequently the day of our arrival-- it was inconvenient and dangerous due to persistent messages coming in whilst driving to Penang requesting personal information such as photos of IC, which could be considered breach of privacy/personal info. The bathroom was clean, but the shower did not drain properly after use, leaving you standing in a shallow pool of your own dirty soapy water after a shower. A fridge would be great to continue enjoying Penang leftovers

The location of the hotel is nice and quiet. Not far from the main road. The process of self check-in and check-out is easy and simple. As for the room, standard twin bedroom and deluxe twin bedroom. As i see, deluxe may be the one ill recommend to the majority as it has a table and the room is slightly bigger than the standard room (for muslim, got space to pray) The staff are kind and always there when i needed of assistance regarding the room and any questions. Just a suggestion, could provide some plastic or paper cup to be use of drinking or brushing teeth. Thank you. Overall, a very good experience from single to family members to stay at the hotel. Highly recommend when visiting Georgetown, Penang.

Clean, quiet location, comfortable bed, good aircon, bright airy room. Bathroom was spacious with hot, powerful shower. Had a problem checking in as I had lost access to data therefore couldn't access instructions re entry code etc and received very prompt assistance with a staff member arriving within minutes.

Tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice addition. There was free hot and cold water dispenser in lobby but using that involved a trip downstairs and back.

We stayed two nights in this lovely little hotel. The self check in was easy, and made even easier with lots of instructions and help just a WhatsApp message away. We arrived early, and left late, and the housekeepers were so brilliant, letting us leave our luggage with them. They were also very quickly on hand when we needed them late at night for more toiletries! The room itself had very good air conditioning, and an excellent shower. it was in a good location, walking distance from lots of food places, and into town

The room was small, but this didn’t matter to us at all, and you can see that in the pictures before you book.

1) Super fast wifi - as fast as the light, you blink your eyes and your docs/apps are downloaded and ready for you. Very recommended for those staying for work related especially when using zoom meeting, google meet. 2) Clean - very clean in every corner. Toilet especially. 3) Minimalist - beutiful decoration. Simple & aesthetic. 4) Easy process for check in and check out. As simple as ABC. The instruction is well written and intuitive. Easy to understand. 5) The best customer service - not only their wifi is fast, but the reply also. They are straight forward. Answer only what we need. Reply within seconds. Making us feel appreciated. Well trained. 6) Easy access to the centre of Penang - which means, near to Kapitan, Deen’s Nasi Kandar and others. Definitely going to visit again!

The location is good. Small little cute room, is enough for a short trip. Have it own parking space.

Have very heavy cigarettes smoke smell from the staircase door, corridor into the room, cause our room is just in front of the staircase door. Even though have gv the feedback is still hv the smell. Hopefully owner take concerned about it.. luckily just stay for a night.

The Location was good. Pretty central. The free parking was always available and was right next door. Aircond was good.

No free toiletries, remember to bring your toothbrushes. The room was unfortunately beside the elevator so we were woken up at night a few times by other guest returning. Not the hotel's fault but still annoying.

in a quiet area although near to the busy McAlister Road, looks new, a deposit of RM50 refundable. clean, small, quiet room. you will get 2 cards, to enter and the lobby, another for the room. friendly Joey who assisted me. and it's near to eateries and cafes and even a Petron nearby. a cute Vespa shop and a mural if you like selfies!

can be a bit quiet at night but I felt safe and had no dogs around.

Checking in was super easy and clear. The room was clean and large enough for an overnight stay. There was also free parking available right next to the hotel, which made it extremely easy to park! A drinking water dispenser is available on each floor.

The aircon in the room aimed right at your face when laying in bed, plus there seemed to be something wrong with the aircon (the remote didn't seem to work properly). Other than that, it was all good!

Nice location, clean room and comfy. The security from the main entrance until the room itself was excellent and I feel safe as I am travelling alone. The staff was helpful and there was Coway provided at the lobby which is helpful.

Parking should be more accessible. There was no hook in the toilet to hang towel/cloth
