The hotel was well located in Georgetown and easily accessible by car - including free parking. The room was spacious and clean, and the onsite laundry facilities were extremely useful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only criticism was the very poor WiFi - across multiple devices we were unable to get a reliable connection and when connected the speeds were very slow. We ended up using a hotspot on a mobile phone instead.

I liked the location, the room size, the free wifi. It's close to Hawker Centers, where they sell food cheaply as well. It was great for a nights stay.

This *MIGHT* be a Malaysian thing (I'm from Thailand), but instead of free bottle water, there was a water dispenser located outside the room, with hot and cold water. This hotel also required a cash deposit for the keycard, in RMB, which I didn't have enough. Thankfully he accepted THB as the deposit as well.

the free coffee is marvelous, hot water in bathroom is calming. Aircond is functioning well. Got washing machine.

The parking is very convenience, no hassle to get parking space. Location for food good, just walking distance less than 5 minutes to food court. Hotel room is very spacious. Matters is comfortable not the soft type.

The bed sheet, pillow case and towel must change to new as all turn to yellowish. Hope the management will look into this matters. The WiFi is very poor as cannot be connect.

The environment was calm.. easy for parking..just the bed was quite old.. not that comfortable. Cleanliness was ok only. Overall it was a good experience.

It's location is pretty good. The area has many places to eat and it's pretty convenient.

When I used their laundry machines after one hour half of my clothes got out of the dryer very damp.

The room was abit dusty as I think coz it was a peak season so it was under staff to have more time to clean room more thoroughly.
