The family room was big. Location was great, walking distance to supermarket and old town.big balcony

No window in the Trishaw room. And the air con upstairs didn’t work properly . The fan was broken.

Judging by the price I thought I would get a room in a basic serviced apartment, but the place turned out to be better than I expected. It's a small arty hotel with a nice design. They sent the instructions for self-check-in to me, and it was fine. I checked in after 9 p.m. and found myself in a cozy room with some vintage charm. The area was peaceful and quiet, though there were a lot of restaurants and fast food stalls in the vicinity, just 5 minutes away. The main city attractions were also within walking distance.

The location was good, the room and lobby were clean, and the staff was friendly. Furthermore, the self-check in/out was useful because it gave us a lot of flexibility.

The soundproofing isn’t that great: The people staying in the next room watched some singing competition and comedy show until late at night, and we could hear it all.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the facilities provided were good. But, it might not be suitable for elderly people or people with disabilities as they have to climb the stairs to get to the room and upstairs bed. Overall, the stay was great 👍 and it was walking distance from the tourist attraction.

There's not much of a halal restaurant/stall around the homestay area. You have to walk a little bit to find them.

This is a budget hotel. Very clean. Easy self check in. This is my 3rd times stayed here.. But do not book this room for senior citizen, handicapped,those problem with joint paint.. I accidently book this room 🤣. Adventure for me and my 2 Girls.

Everything.... Clean, nice bed,clean toilet..

Everything is nice, the location, room decoration and facilities are perfect. My parents and my wife like the room and kitchen facilities for cooking. All are Awesome

No staff is there to help but you don't require anybody over there because everything is given in the mail instruction properly which is very helpful

The location is great. There are free on-site parking spaces. The room was big enough for the three of us. The check-in and check-out were easy.

Although there were notes reminding people to be quiet after 11 pm, some of the guests and their children were pretty noisy late at night.

The location are near to bus stop station, i can move around to go visit tourist places easily, and also its located near the Mall and easy to find Halal Breakfast.

Remote TV doesnt really function and might be because of the low battery

Location was Super good..rooms are really comfortable and very reasonable price for family room.

Maybe arrange some mirror and hanging section for upstairs...but so far it's really good environment...

Overall its very comfortable.
