1. The location, walking distance to two shopping Malls. 2. Easy to find food. Surrounded by few restaurants, Convenient stores, pharmacy etc.. 3. Huge parking space beside the hotel.

Location is very strategic not very far from Kulim and Penang Island. Ample parking space outside Pillow is very comfy Nice to have tea and coffee in the room Shower is really nice. The water flow is superb
Somehow the aircon takes long time to get cold in the room. Maybe it is time to service it The wall is not sound proof. But this is not a big deal The elevator is too small but this is not a big deal The coffee/tea table is too small. Not much space to put a laptop for business traveler.

The hotel was ideally located beside Aeon. Also lots of wasting location around. Also ample parking. Solid sound fire proof doors.
Sould have a wardrobe for long term stay guests. A bit compact the room.

1. Parking was free. Easy to find parking at hotel. 2. Good service from the reception. 3. Coffee shop at ground level. Can drink coffee or eat breakfast over there. 4. Shower pressure was very good.
1. Lift could be bigger. But not a big issue, as a small family of 3 and bags can fit just nice. 2. Tv channels could be better. Not much choice in the selections. 3. Heater not working early morning or late night.

nearby the attraction, mcd, lotus n aeon. staff was very helpfull, receptionist, housekeeper. good. pls
some minor things, my room the main locked door malfunction, but there is secondary locked. maybe waiting for repair 👨🏻🔧🤷🏼♀️

The location was excellent Lotus Mall , AEON mall and may other eating outlets were all nearby Parking was easy (space provided) 3 stories high
The King Room was Abit small as the table given to keep our laptops and other appliances (Working purposes)
