The staff were very helpful & quick to respond to requests.
It would be good if cars could come to the entrance. At present, the cars have to stop a short distance away & guests have to walk to the entrance. With luggage etc, we have to ask someone to open the barrier.

Very convenient location for my purpose
Maybe the breakfast should be ala carte instead of buffet as the occupancy is not high. Lots of wastage. But I shouldn't complain as it was complimentary. Also during check-in, the front desk didn't know that I have already paid and created some unnecessary anxiety.

Nice hotel, the room was a good size strange door doesn't shut very easily but instead of that being fixed there is an alarm on the door if it isn't completely closed

Very good among hotels nearby. Very good value for the money. I was used to the bride & groom preparation for the wedding ceremony, very suitable and conducive. Feeling proud of having this hotel nearby.
A media provider is not enough cause we want to have an astro channel but unfortunately cannot use only fixed movies and in chinese wording, it is a little hard to understand but it's okay to improve more.
