All the introductions of self-check in and check out is clear and I have a WhatsApp group to ask for help anytime. It’s well manage. Room is great with everything I needed. The lift doesn’t take much time which is good. I didnt use swimming pool or gym but I use parking, I have 11 spiral uphill to reach my parking space. Fun for driver but dizzy for passenger, be prepared!

The main door isnt smooth to open and close but it isnt a problem for me, my unit is double doors which is very safe.

Good location, you can easily walk into Old George Town or get a quick Grab taxi. Apartment was very clean and comfortable for our 5 day stay. Pool and gym on the roof top. Nice addition, we used the gym twice. Good WiFi and a smart tv for signing into Netflix etc. washing machine was a real bonus. Easy communication with the host, who was helpful and friendly. Efficient check-in/out process. Thank you 🙌

It was a great decision to stay here! The place was comfy, clean and well maintained. And yaa guys the view is amazing! The host was very responsive, kind and helpful with my inquiries All detailed information was provided before my trip so I had no issues with check in process. Would love to stay again here!

Everything was okay. I just wanna give a suggestion on improvement/replacement of iron board to a bigger size as to providing ease and comfort of using iron board

The location was good and the view was amazing. Keeping in contact with the hist was eazy! They created a watsapp group.

The dishes were dirty and the AC was leaking. We had to keep a kettle under the AC :( Also we were expecting actual beds but there were only matresses on the floor. The were comfy but just not what we expected. One of the duvet cover smelled like curry.

We had a marvelous time in Georgetown - for the town itself and because the apartment was very good located. At first we thought it will be difficult to find a place because we received a long and detailed list of information on how to collect the property keys, but it was truly easy. The view was spectacular. Place was clean and equipped with everything you need. The only advice would be to have a glass door or something similar in the bath to protect the floor from getting all wet. :)

The apartment was clean, well-furnished and located in a very convenient location. It has excellent views of Penang skyline with water views in the distant. If you do not have a car, it is located in a great location to get a Grab car or walking to various nearby eateries.

If you have a car, be prepared to drive up many floors on a tight spiralling driveway to get to your assigned car park. However, the lovely apartment we stayed in made up for this inconvenience.

The view is good, the studio is considered clean and neat. And thanks to the staff for fast response.

However, some of the facilities like the shower stand needs to be replaced as it kept dropping down when bathing. There are small ants surrounding the room area and tatami side during this round of stay.

the bed was really oncomfortable, like a trampoline :-( and cleaning could be a lot better. Black hairs everywhere and a lot of dust.

4 night stay in high floor studio with seaview which is comfortable for two pax. Allocated parking if driving. this apartment adjoins the Courtyard at Marriot hotel. access to Infinity pool and gym on 11th floor. Superb location with good eats nearby (eg Macalister Signature Food Court, Restoran Zim Sum) and walkable to the Georgetown heritage zones. truly awesome panoramic views of city and seaview during sunrise and sunset (the v strong unique feature of this studio), pleasing interior color scheme. Basic but functional furniture, strong air conditioner (2 units). Fully equipped with good 6.5 kg washing machine (BYO laundry detergent, standing clothes rack- request for hangers if needed), vacuum cleaner, ample toilet rolls, dishwashing detergent, body and hair shampoo. kitchenette with good kettle, microwave, cutlery and dinner ware for 2 pax. did not use the cooktop but it’s there for light cooking (note only mini fridge provided, space enough largely for beverages not fresh food items). Shower water pressure good. A convenience store is on level 1 as is a bakery, sushi place, dumpling shop. responsive hosts.

minor improvements suggested for the comfort of next users (eg additional hooks in bathroom for clothes/towels), tighten shower pole and holder. not a major issue but note No door for shower compartment, so bathroom floors are wet after showering.

Room was super cute and had everything you need for two people. Views are amazing.

The pool was weird, with no chairs or anywhere to sit around it. Someone was outside room late night on phone. Host wasn’t very friendly in messages and location was farther away from activities then I expected .
