Very centralized. Very closed to all the attractions that we have planned to visit. Provide all the basic facilities. We love the height of the apartment.

There are so many ants even we do not placed any food waste in the dustbin. There ants on the table, kitchen sink, kitchen table & the toilet area. We eat take away food & threw them at the biggest dustbin area after we finished our food. We did not use the dustbin the room at all.

Great location, easy to visit Georgetown, Penang Hill and Monkey Beach. Mesmerising few of Georgetown and across to Butterworth. So many extras like a water filter, free parking, hairdryer, laundry facilities. Handy grocery store and bakery located in the adjoining building.

A little more attention to detail with cleaning and decor. Fan in lounge was very dusty which then blew around when the fan was in use. Extractor fan and shower head in bathroom also dusty. No hot water at kitchen or bathroom sink and from monsoon shower head. Only hot water was from the shower head attached to the electric shower. Some minor decor issues where an a/c unit has been replaced.

It was a great decision to stay in these apartments. Very easy check-in, the hostess was always in touch and kindly helped in all matters, incredible view from the window, cleanliness, very cozy apartments, I felt at home. There is a bus stop nearby, and within walking distance there are restaurants, shops, pharmacies and night markets. I would recommend these apartments to everyone!

I did not find

My flight was disastrously delayed, and I got to the property only after midnight. Everything was clean and comfortable, and that really really made a difference and helped me to feel rested. Great views. Decent restaurants and cafes downstajrs, but also near to several local food centres.

An entire compact apartment/studio for yourself, perfect for solo travelers or couples. Modern, fully furnished (washing machine, water server, TV...). It's in a high rise building, my unit was in the 25th floor so the views of the sea and the city were stunning. Pool on the 11th floor. Relatively close to the center (just ~10' and 5-10 MYR by Grab)

There is a school nearby, they started some kind of activity/competition around 8AM and went on for hours (loud music, anthems, a public announcer, etc). Not sure if this is always or was a special event since I heard it both Friday and Saturday (not on Sunday), but was quite annoying.

The location is good, the apartment was spacious

It needs some maintenance. Several smaller things broken. For me the bed was too short evnthough I am only 1,78. matrass quite hard also.
