It will be better if they could provide simpler options such as egg sandwiches, fried noodles with chicken or meat, etc. In addition, the internet was frequently on and off. Location, because my parent need to visit regularly to island hospital. so it is much much convenience for us. the room is clean and value for money. did not add more cost to the patient. Thank you

frankly tell u, the breakfast is far from expectation. I saw it was change from previous one. and I always missed to eat at the small chinesse restaurant in the ground floor. please ask them to open again, if it is possible. but mainly you need to improve the breakfast quality. Thank you

Sadly they had karaoke nights that lasts till 11 pm and disrupted our sleep. The sound system was blasting so loud the floor shook

The location is awesome, walking distance to food, covered car park was a definate plus. I checked in at 1am and the reception was up and cheery!!!! Well done.

One side of the hotel the rooms are kinda noisy from the road noise, but the staff changed my room with no fuss, fantastic service.

Its enough for us. For 1 night. Its pretty clean. It was ok. The bed was comfortable. Aircond was cold. It is nice for a budget hotel. We book 3 rooms...

We found some unwanted things in the bathroom (for just 1 room). The tiles was dark with spot design so if the bathroom was unclean it is hard to see. But what we found was pretty obvious with smell. We clean it so it was ok after that. Maybe next time do an inspection before giving the room to someone else.

The staff, the room, the location, the facilities! All exceptional! I was afraid to have no parking lot there, but there were plenty! The staff, I don't need to say more! All are friendly. They tried to entertain all of my requests the best they could! Trust me, paying for a stay here worth your money! Don't hesitate! Book away ASAP!

I don't have any complaints at all. Just a funny story. When me and my husb arrived, we looked for the qibla sign but couldn't find one. I was like "maybe bcs this is a hostel and not a hotel?" So I thought, that's the only cons for the hotel. But then I saw some brochures about YMCA and a bible in the room. 🤣 Silly me. YMCA stands for the Young Men's Christian Association. Everything made sense after that. But it wasn't big issue bcs we used the qibla finder app!

we didnt have windows to outside, therefore no sunlight; there was no fruit or vegetables for breakfast (you could pay extra for fruit platter)
