Easy check in. Called the host on whatsapp on arrival and he'll send his staff to open the gate and show you to the unit. Environment felt very safe. Room is very spacious and clean. Garbage bagged and threw outside the unit is cleared daily. No eateries or 7-11 within easy walking distance for my elderlies but normal person can walk about 10 minutes to Pulau Tikus wet market area (can find food during CNY) and about 20 minutes to Gurney Bay (no pedestrian walkway up to Pulau Tikus area, have to walk on roadside). Two dining tables, each can sit 6 pax. Big mirrors in dining area. Lots of hangers and big hanging rack in balcony. Morning sun at balcony. Have conventional stove, electric stove, iron, iron board, washing machine, hair dryer. (Note: the unit my cousin booked does not have washing machine and no gas cylinder for the conventional stove). I thought I read about no towels and toiletries in my booking confirmation but my cousin highlighted that towels and toiletries were stated in listing. Anyway, we brought our own so no issue there.

It has a step down living room, high fall risk for elderlies. TV is small and not smart TV and very few TV/Astro channels (Note: the unit my cousin booked has smart TV). No racks/ledge to put toiletries in shower area (Note: the unit my cousin booked has racks in bathrooms). Lots of mosquitoes in our unit (my cousin's unit didn't have). We bought ridsect to spray the entire room when we went out for dinner.

Very clean and the environment is good . Nice and quiet place .

Large spacious 4 bedroom apartment that suited our needs as a large family group of 12. Comfortable and clean. In a quiet well to do residential area, it is easy to get a Grab cab into town and elsewhere. Decent price too. Pulau Tikus market and eateries are nearby - 15 minutes walk away. Handy to have a washing machine as we were staying a few days.

Nothing really. Might have been nice to have a pool but we knew that there was none in advance.

The house is spacious. If u are travelling with a big family this is a good choice. The living room area is big good for family activities. With a separate dining area. The best is there is a washing machine. Which u can do light travel and need not to worry about heavy laundry when u r home.

The parking lot is little and not easy to move ur car if all the lot is taken up.

Owner very friendly and responsible.

Its located in a strategic location with easy acccessibilty to amenities like shops and food stalls and restaurants and very near to the town centre. It was clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable to sleep. A very cozy and quiet environment and a friendly property owner.

There are 4 rooms all with queen beds and master room with kind beds, generally very clean and location was very convenient

Would love it if the master’s room has a curtain, it was a bit too bright in the morning.

The owner greeted us personally when we arrived. Handed us the keys and passcodes to the main entrance. The rooms were clean and location was not far from the tourist attractions that we visited. Would recommend this place for big groups like us. For 19 of us we rented 2 units of apartment with 4 bedrooms. Just nice!

Basically everything in this property is simply amazing, big living room, big dinning area for gathering, big bedroom and 3 bathrooms for 3 family stays to us. Extremely friendly owners.
