The room was relatively spacious. The bed and pillows were very good, soft but firm. The property deosnt have balcony in the rooms, but wasnt an issue as the view was good. we asked for a high floor room in the middle to avoid sounds of road vehicles and got it. The TV channels were reasonably diversified with some good English and local options. The staff were very friendly with a big smile always and ready to help with our requests. The food was a reasonable spread, though not much choices in meat. Dessert was good, but was exactly the same on the 3 days that we stayed. Loved the brown bread and they have an ice cream machine as well. Getting a Gojeck cab was alwyas easy as a breeze.

The rooms were ZERO sound proof, due to the gap between the door and the floor, seems to be a problem in most of the roms. You can see the visible gap. Could hear people returning back to their rooms in the middle of the night and the housekeeping staff in the corridor. DONT EVER TRY the in-house massage place. It was a HUGE letdown for us among the other really good things about the Hotel. The massage is probably outsourced, and the room, ambience, massage bed can be rated as VERY BAD quality. Hotel management should either take out the massage option or pay some good attention to make it good.

Breakfast! Well I had only sunny side up topping with vegetables that what I requested it, but well-done to the ladies (commis cook) you make my days..and the small sister(internship) waitress doing afternoon shift, sorry can't recall her name🫣🙂.. you are marvelous.. keep it up.. Thanks you for all of FOUR POINTS FAMILIES for the great and caring hospitality... InshaAllah will c u again in the next visit...

Everything except the security & privacy.

Staffs from laundry services entering my room at 7am while me & family are still sleeping. Without my consent & permission they entered my room. Luckily i am a light sleeper & awake by their loud conversation among each other. My valuable things could be stolen. Report the issue to FoS- Widha on the same day . Hotel must have strict policy in place that require staffs to obtain written consent before entering guest rooms esp for 5star hotel.

The room we got was clean, beautiful and modern. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional - particularly the doormen! We were also very kindly offered a later check-out time without any extra charge.

The pool is very run down in real life. Soundproofing of the rooms can be improved. Do note that the neighborhood that the hotel is in is slightly dodgy but it was fine since we mostly cabbed around.

the hotel was very well maintained and actually looks like the picture! very clean and the staff were super nice too!! very fast and efficient service as well! the food was super good too and location is very convenient. SUPER BIG toil4t and super clean love it!! definitely good value got money

maybe have a mirror in front of the study tabel so I can do my makeup while seated HAHA but that's additional the room is alr good

The staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke English which is good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location wise, I guess nothing is too inconvenient in Batam as we can get anywhere with Gojek, I could get anywhere I wanted to in 15 mins.

They missed giving us a pair of connecting rooms that they have agreed. But I'm ok as hotel recognises that they have missed it and offered late check outs, which is good enough. I find the beer selection at bar too few, I hope there were more on tap. There were only Bintang and Heineken. More Bottled water can be provided as tap water isn't drinkable even after boiling.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! All the staff were very friendly. The highlight for us was definitely the exceptional service provided by Guest Relations Officer Ms Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and truly made our stay feel special.. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I’ll definitely highly recommend..

The Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful. They were attentive and took the initiative to check if we needed any help. Staff in the restaurants made the experience comfortable for my family. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We are really satisfied. Special shout-out to Billy and Angel for their help and attentiveness.

The gym - it would be good to have at least one bench to do free weights bench press. But it is a minor setback. It still is good enough to work out in other ways.

Location is centralised. Staff service was excellent, they did their best to make us comfortable.

Mattress was a hard for us. There were some knocking noises from unknown sources in the middle of the night.

The service was excellent, particularly Ayu at the front desk who made sure everything we needed was done. She gave us recommendations for dinner that we thoroughly enjoyed too. Breakfast was also great with a rather wide spread of choices (from local food, or continental breakfast, to fresh fruit and omelet/egg station as well as waffle/pancake station).

The pool area where the lounge chairs were didn’t seem very well kept (there were many puddles of water).
