Staff was very kind and helpful.

When I came to pay, it said one amt. but I am a US citizen and my friend is Peruvian, so they charged me 18% IGV on her part of the stay, even when the reservation was in my name. That wasn't clearly stated to me beforehand, so that was my only issue.

Staff were friendly and the buffet breakfast had multiple options. Location is close to the main square and bus stops. A/C in rooms and theee is a small hotel style gym.

The pool area is quite dated and nothing special. The road is quite loud.

Two bottles of water instead of one in the room would have been nice. Airport transfer is not included. Room was noisy, Balta street is concurred at all times and windows don´t isolate the room from the outside properly.

Not really a dislike, but (in keeping with Chiclayo norms) the halls and lobby are not air conditioned. The restaurant is a bit air conditioned

The hotel was located on a Main Street, very near the main square and was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The a la carte menu could be improved a bit, but the breakfast was excellent.

i like the fact that it was so clean and organized. the breakfast was great and staff was always friendly. the attention was great nothing was taken from our room and people were not in our room without our permission. we were here for 8 days and felt absolutely comfortable every single day. the complimentary drinks when you check in was also really nice and the rooms are always clean

the street reparations in balta was a bit annoying but that’s out of their control.

An excellent location, 3 blocks from the main square, surrounded by great restaurants. Staff very friendly and professional. The room was nice with the added plus of a bath.

The customer service was impressive. The room with plenty of space and clean. Daily breakfast was very good.

The ongoing construction work was very loud and disruptive to a relaxing stay. The first room was not entirely clean, lacked soap and wash clothes, and the refrigerator was barely cool.

There was A/C, a spacious room with a desk. The bathroom was clean and modern. The staff were excellent, has a printout of hotel information on English for me.
