Breakfast was lower standard and overpriced

This was the most perfect accommodation I have ever stayed in. Since it was a business trip, I booked it because it was inexpensive on the way from Stockholm to Oslo, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The place was clean, and the facilities were flawless. We arrived in the early morning and were impressed by the spotless facilities at night, and in the morning we were even more amazed by the surroundings. The scenery around the accommodation was so breathtakingly beautiful that we were left speechless, admiring it once again

There is no place where everything is perfect.

The hotel is located in old service buildings next to an old wooden manor. The interior of the rooms made us feel really special, the ladies felt like princesses :-). All clean, warm and with a vintage vibe. We did not book breakfast but could use the social room for an evening chat, and the kitchenette is available for your own food (fridge and coffee maker and cups and cutlery). Also an electric heated bastu provided with the price! Located on a beautiful pennisula and we could participate in the Valborgsaftonmassa that was celebrated on the evening of our arrival in the nearby village (1,5 km). All in all, a great way to experience Sweden!

Wonderfully personal accommodation, both the accueil and the lodgings. All rooms are different, all with their own charm and features. There is lots of space with a lounge, a free pool table and a comfy sauna. We were two families with kids and they really enjoyed everything. Breakfast was really nice! The view is supernice with a lake nearby and the corps de logi just outside. Olga gave us a very friendly welcome and made everyone feel at home. For the prize it was unbeatable. We went to dinner in the small village nearby where they have a really decent pizza place run by Tobias Gundahl, prize winner in the Nordic Gourmet Pizza Champion Cup 2024. ( Try the white pear pizza ! ) That's also where we learned the story of those who used to live in the mansion..

Very nice old manor transformed to hotel, which is a great concept and worked well. Location is good, just beside the lake, however a little far from bigger cities or towns. Cozy atmosphere overall. Sauna, billiard are great features!

Everything was good

Amazing place, stunning location! The manor is very beautiful and even guest house gave us feeling of sleeping on a charming historic place, all rooms were very nice furnished. Well-equipped small kitchen and nice dining room was a great bonus, and there even was a billiard and two saunas available, that one on the lake shore with a BBQ place was just amazing. Super welcoming and attentive host. We really enjoyed our stay here! Very nice price for all of this, it was our best stay on the whole journey.

I think the bathroom would need some kind of ventilation, but I understand that can be difficult in old historic houses

Very stylish and cozy interiors, Very beautiful surroundings The breakfast is decent, Facilities are good enough. Late check in works, which is quite rare for this type of hotels. This hotel is just a hidden gem, especially in terms of price/value.

Unclear instructions how to reach the reception. A tiny detail, apparently.

Very peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The wooden sauna at the lake was fantastic and hostess Olga was very nice and warmed it for us. We could put our things in fridge and freezer in the kitchenette,

The bathroom in the room is a bit outdated. Kitchenette was in other building than our room, which was a little unpractical. These were however minor issues,
