We checked in very late, reception works until 21.00, and we came around 23.00, but there was no problem getting into the hotel and into our room. The receptionist called to ask when we were coming and gave us instructions on how to get into our room. The room was clean and nice. In the room were water boiler, cups and some packs with coffee 🥰🥰 loved it after a long trip! Also there were a small fridge, hair dryer and air conditioning fans, which were very useful because it was very warm that night and the next day. We were on the third floor, the view was nice through the windows. 😊👌🏻 We had a really good and delicious breakfast! 😋 Outside the hotel was a huge statue of a troll and we took nice pictures 📸

The location of the hotel is really nice and it has good options to find the cafe or other places in the city. The rooms were good and the breakfast was nice as well. The rooms are pet friendly and has a good view

room for 3, was one double bed and sofa. Sofa wasn't very comfortable. Brakfast was so so, I mist vegetables. simple vegetables, such as tomatos, cucambers, salad.

it’s nice to see improvements made. half year ago breakfast was totally empty and staff hired very unprofessional. today all is improved and breakfast was very rich and various. staff was changed for friendly and professional people.

please put stickers/rules which thermostat is for room and what value is for 21* C… its impossible to find this value if you stay 1 night only by guessing on blue and red light :)

The check in process is really good. Fast and confortable. It is a perfect hotel for when you are traveling from Sweden to Norway. It is really close from the border, so you can save some time the next day!

It is a simple hotel. The breakfast is the part which this hotel can improve. It is not bad, but could improve for sure.

Nice and clean room. Comfortable bed! Coffee, tea, good breakfast! Everything you need. Very useful you can charge your car in front of the hotel. Our room overlooked ‘Årjängs Troll’, fun! I also like to see how the hotel is reducing it’s impact on the environment: solar panels, no lights when a space is not used etc.

The personal is fantastic. Created a great solution for our problem with the hotel room. Your commitment is siperior!

Ventilation in our family room didn't work at all. But the staff saved our stay!:)

One Staff member was friendly, the other grumpy. Or maybe RBF? I guess you can't have it all. :-) But this did not ruin the stay.

The hotel room was very bright, clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to the village square with shops and restaurants just around the corner and the lake at walking distance. We definitely hope to come back one day!!

When you are older it is better to have a shower instead of a bath. It is not easy to come up. Maybe it is good to have english breakfast tea.
