The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Although there was little interaction with the staff, the staff was very friendly when we interacted. There's a really cosy and homely vibe. The location is ideal, it's a short walk to the centre, across the street there's a supermarket and there's private parking. It was really easy to get out of town with our car.

Close to train and bus station, easy late check in with code and key in envelope, good breakfast, staff remain in the background, but are helpful and friendly when approached. Breakfast had a good selection of food items.

Location is central enough. If you are looking for a cozy spot you may need to continue to look. Luckily downtown Arvika is not big, and you can easily walk from here to anywhere you want to go.

Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was strange not being welcomed at a reception desk but the door code and room key worked system extremely well. Thank you!

The room had very little surface space on which to put things and only one chair! The bathroom had no shelf to put anything on.

The breakfast included everything we needed and more. The rooms had good sound insulation, we couldn't hear our neighbors and if we closed the window we couldn't hear anything from the outside either. Parking close to the entrance!

We stayed here for 3 weeks while completing a project nearby. Jessica and her team couldn't have been better hosts and helped make it a home from home. The laundry service was excellent and also their communication was brilliant. Because we had to leave early in the morning, we often asked our office in the UK to make requests through booking.com message facility. They were always quick to respond. We didn't have breakfast, again because we had to leave early, but they always checked with us to see if we needed anything. We definitely recommend Jenny's Hotell Och Restaurang and thank you very much!
