I ended up having to call for after midnight arrival (check in by 11:00). The staff was exceptional, actually stayed in the office till I arrived! The cleaning staff were so friendly, all staff seemed happy. As w/a lot of cheaper motels it was small & dated but very clean, comfy bed & pillows, plenty of room, cute little patios w/furniture outside each room. Parking right outside your room x for 2nd level rooms. If you’re friendly, as I am, you can sit out & talk to your neighbors! I will definitely book here again!

No place to plug in USB, I don’t recall if there was an ice machine but that should be a must, even in Canada, lol!!

Everything! Pam is a super host,the motel is scrupulously clean, the FIRM mattress is fabulous, and contrary to many reviews, the pillows were fine.

It is a little bit out of the way for checking out restaurants and shops, but seriously, who cares? It's just a nice older motel, and I love these places. I saw some pretty bad reviews for the Sunset, and I can't understand why- it's clean,comfy, really reasonably priced...if you want generic soulless motels, keep going. If you want a nice stay in older place, and you understand that it's not the Dorchester, stay here.

It was comfortable, quiet, and close to where we needed to go. People next to us were friendly. The walls were white and bright, and the bathroom was extremely clean. It was a great place to sleep. We were out and about most of the day, so much to see. We needed no more than a place to hang our hat. Very nice people running the motel.

Parking was tight, but that was all.

Clean, convenient and affordable

Pillows were terrible and thus had a terrible sleep. The check in agent kept rambling at check in about how the Motel over sold its rooms and I'm lucky I even had one waiting for me by the time I checked in. I found this to be information I did not need to know; unprofessional after I've spent 18 years in Hospitality.

It was easy to find just off the highway and close to town. Very comfortable. Rooms are small but certainly adequate and clean. We were allowed to check in early(2 hours) only because they had rooms that were already cleaned so that was a real bonus for us and appreciated. That, of course was an exception and not to be expected.

When we first entered the room, there was a strong smell of a cleaning agent and not a pleasant one at that. I think.they should find something else to.use for cleaning their rooms, one with a less pungent odour.

The room was clean and cozy. I liked having "real" coffee cups and glasses for drinking. The host was friendly and helpful. I liked the rocking chair.

The brakes weren't on the bed so it would roll away at times.

Cheerful little motel in a pretty town surrounded by lovely scenery. This was an economy motel but good value for money - (microwave, fridge in room. Pool. ). Townsite with lots of shopping a few blocks away. Orchard/fruit growing area - warm, sunny and very pleasant. Room was quiet, comfortable and relaxing.

Bathroom could be updated, but everything worked well.

The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was clean and there were plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable.

This is not a good hotel choice if you are sensitive to noise. The air conditioner clamks loudly every time it turns on. We had quite a bit of banging and noise coming through from an adjacent room.

Very clean - comfortable bed & pillows.

Towels were very small. There was a small kitchenette but no dishes . As my husband had health issues we thought we had booked a useable kitchenette.
