Beautiful location, if a little out of the way. We enjoyed the meal in the evening, simple but well cooked. Nice terrace outside which we were unable to use due to weather. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and bed was comfortable. Lots of facilities for kids and good walks right outside the front door.

Room felt very impersonal, a shame because outside it is a lovely chalet style building. Restaurant stops serving food at eight pm. Not much in the way of vegetarian options.

The staff were very accommodating! The cheif cooked us steak at last minute which was amazing. Friendly and helpful was all the team. I would love to go back.

We went out of season and missed all the exciting outdoor things the place had to offer! I'd hope to go back and give them a go another time.

We stayed for a couple of nights whilst visiting family nearby and were surprised by this little gem of a hotel. Great sized room with mezzanine layout, and the facilities on offer were great. View from our window of the mountains was truly breathtaking!

We had initially planned to had breakfast there but found the spread lacking- we saw baskets of exposed croissants with flies which wasnt very appetitising. In the evening however the restaurant was very busy, presumably with locals as v few tourists at the time we went so perhaps its just the breakfast that needs improving? Not sure if it better in peak seasons.

Great new, big and clean room. Around the hotel there are a lot of kids facilities (pool, ponies, trampolines...), in the season i guess.

Great location with stunning views. The staff on-site made a great effort to understand us, and the kind lady even brought her own iron in from home to help accommodate us.

No tea making facilities in the room, no hairdryer or fridge- all of which we would expect from 4* hotels.

The location is excellent and the free navette service is offered by the ski station.

Staff seems unprepared to provide recommendations in the region and/or cope with the demand season (e.g. school holidays). For a 5-day stay and paying almost 200 EUR/night, we had ZERO cleaning visits.
