Nice and friendly staff (especially Stephanie, all the waiters/waitresses and the spa staff), clean, quiet and light room

First evening the dinner service was extremely long (after 2 hrs we received the appetizer and main course only) despite of arriving as first guests to the restaurant. The Director of the restaurant did not even apologize when we commented this and asked for the dessert to be delivered to our room. This was a bit disappointing..

My daughter of 10 and I had a fantastic stay at La Robeyère. The room was not huge but cosy, stylish and well-equipped. We loved the common spaces, the setting and the spa. It felt like real luxury. And we managed to get there from Brussels using only the train, which makes it a sustainable property for who wants to avoid the car.

There can be quite a lot of wasps at breakfast. The hotel probably can't do a lot about this without spraying chemicals.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped (but choose a "king size" room). The staff were charming and the view of the surrounding mountains was superb. The best surprise was the food. Dinner was imaginative with a good choice and perfectly cooked and presented. Breakfast was excellent with a good buffet, fresh squeezed orange juice and eggs cooked to order (e.g. scrambled with smoked salmon or truffles, omelette with herbs or cheese, ............ ).

Feather pillows would have been good - but I know hotels have to be careful about allergies.

Very nice staff, so thanks to Yann and the team. Terrace breakfast (20 euro each though) was very scenic. Spa good in places (like the outdoor wooden tub) but also flawed. Free and plentiful parking. Nice building. Room nicely decorated. Aircon in room welcome.

Room tiny and at the limit of what is usable for a couple. Sauna too cold (around 60C) so almost useless, pool small. 15 mins walk to town.

The welcome at the reception was like in a 5 star hotel. The additional service of the receptionist was great (delivered iron to our room and put our champagne in a cooler for later on for us). The dinner was magnificent and so was the breakfast, with a really good range of choices. The parking number 2 is great, very secure and with other premium cars around. Check out experience smooth.

The size of the room was shocking. Parts of the hotel were old and neglected. The SPA area is disappointing: the jacuzzi is not a jacuzzi and you need to book the area in advance. The waiter at the bar was either strange or unpolite.

Wonderful breakfast! Spotlessly clean, spacious family rooms - kids had their own room and bathroom. Air con for heatwave. Friendly staff 10/10. Big car parking allocation. Bikes could be kept securely indoors. Beautiful location with a view.

The only issue we had was turning in and out of the property by car onto a busy, fast road with a blind (left) corner each day! Tip: We had to turn right, drive to the town roundabout to actually go left, as so dangerous.

The few little ants scurrying around in my shower tray If you were fattish, you’d struggle to get in the shower because the space is tight between shower door and the sink.

Beautiful setting, easy parking, clean and tidy.

The room we stayed in was a bit small. We were there for 1 night any longer would’ve been a problem, it had a small wet room with a curtain for the shower but if your partner wanted to use the toilet, you would have very wet feet…..it didn’t work for us!

Friendly staff, cosy rooms and a perfect location to explore the Embrum area. The pool and spa required a "reservation", it was not clear to us if it was covid related (We could not detect any covid measures during our stay) this resulted in a complete pool and spa for ourselves The Hotel has a great view over the valley towards the mountains and has an excellent restaurant. The breakfast is great!

We planned to stay 3 nights and booked the smallest room, got a free upgrade on check-in. But ... happy to get the upgrade, the upgraded room was still very very small. The bathroom is "single person" access. Compared to other premises in the same price range I think the Breakfast for 20 Euro is too expensive (although it is great). There is a difference in how we were served based on who was on duty. One served coffee and cleaned our table from all stuff we did not need. The other lady just stared the whole time in the reception computer, so we had to take our coffee from the maschine ourself and exactly at the end of breakfast time she started to clean all tables.

Amazing views and position.

There was no French classic lager available at all. They only had Belgium style beer because the barman said “we want to be elevated”. Dinner was similar. The dishes were over complicated in an effort to be elevated but in actual fact the cote de veau was tough and the pork which was described as belly was still pink and therefore tough as well. we had a deconstructed Tarte Tatum which was very cleverly done, but why not serve a delicious and classic Tart Tatin. They need to make sure the basics are perfect before moving to ‘elevated’.
