B&B housed in a nicely restored and decorated original late 19th century city house divided over several floors (only stairs available), with matching furniture and modern facilities (shower; bed). Typical Italian breakfast (mainly sweet servings) is fresh and with ample choice, and freshly made coffee is served. Good price-quality ratio. The friendly lady owner was very helpful, also sharing information on the city and its treasures, and giving a good advice for dinner. Lugo's surprising historical centre is worth a visit and at walking distance. Public parking is available in the street.

Personally I found the bed a bit hard but that is personal. I had to park around the corner but later on there was more room in the street.

The staff was really friendly and incredibly flexible (she even asked us when we would like to have breakfast and what kind of breakfast we would like; sweet or salty, maybe both...). The rooms were clean and BEAUTIFULLY decorated. All in all a wonderful stay. Grazie mille!

I didn't like the fact that we were only staying for one night ❤️ Parking is also a bit difficult as the street offers limited spaces and they are all payable. Dimora Deco has some private parking option, but you have to pay extra for that.

Nice hotel, beautiful atmosphere, clean room, fantastic terrace with delicious breakfast. Looks like owners are proud of their little hotel ❤️

Parking 10 € and it’s not in hotel, you have to walk a little but you can stop near by the hotel to bring your luggage upstairs. No cold cuts like cheese and prosciutto at breakfast. Otherwise it’s a good value for the money 👍🏻

The building is exceptional. The furnishings are gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the breakfast, with good coffee and a variety of pastries and fruit. It was served in a small courtyard. The host was super, and we really appreciated her restaurant recommendation.

The owners of this property were so helpful and went out of their way to help us on a couple of occasions. The property is beautiful with so much style. Everything was beautifully clean.

the breakfast was excellent, with many options and good coffee. We loved the room, just not the fact that there was no elevator, so second floor with an infant is not ideal. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Immaculate and styled to perfection . It was a short stay but this places is oozing history and quality . So clean and everyone was so helpful. My first visit to Lugo in 40 years and this place was perfect for us

The building is across the church, a renovated building and very well managed and well kept. It was really a pretty building, tastefully decorated and very clean. The owners are managing the hotel and reception and they were very understanding and helpful when we couldn’t manage to be there at the check in time. Breakfast was served in their lovely garden and it was very nice.

The sign outside was not really visible, we had to make another tour around the block by car.

Uniquely beautiful place with large room, large bathroom, comfy bed, good breakfast (I'm not a big breakfast eater), and wonderful hosts. For me, the location was great - walkable to the main Piazza/Pavilion, the train station, and my friend's house. Highly recommend!!

The breakfast was ample and well diversified. The proprietor was very attentive and extremely friendly.
