The breakfast was great, nice variety of items.

I have nothing to complain about.

The room was nicely appointed. I liked that there were shades instead of curtains. Each bed had outlets as well as usb ports for charging next to them. The only thing missing was a dresser with drawers.

The weekday breakfast could have been better. The biscuits were hard as rocks and there was no gravy to go with them. As for the eggs, I’ve never seen eggs like that. It was half fried egg half egg McMuffin.

I liked the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff and neat and clean appearance of the building. On my way out I reminded the that the rug was a bit slippery from the snow. Great stay.

It was very clean, quiet, and priced fairly. The staff were very friendly! Breakfast had a decent variety of hot and cold options.

The entrance is a little tricky to find. Our GPS brought us in a weird way. There is an access road that you have to take the on ramp to get to, but if you miss it, you’ll be back on the interstate. There’s a better way to get to the parking area, so maybe not rely on GPS for the last couple turns.

I had a super long drive and knew I would be checking in well after midnight close to 2:00 a.m. But with traffic and hold ups. I ended up there at 3:00 a.m. and I was nervous about getting checked in that time of day. I was pleasantly surprised by the kind desk attendant who treated me the same as if it had been 5:00 p.m. she was wonderful.

The only complaint I have and it's not a real complaint. Is that the fridge in the room wasn't very cold. I use them ice bucket to keep my water cold for the next day instead of using the mini fridge.

The rooms were updated and well appointed, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. In our yearly travels from north to south, it was so refreshing to find a reasonable priced hotel that had such nice accommodations!. Thank you! We definitely will be back!

The breakfast was what you would expect. It was nothing overly spectacular, but it was sufficient. The room was quiet, clean, first floor, so I could watch my vehicle, and the staff was above and beyond in courtesy, professionalism and helpfulness. The crew was always cleaning something. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will be back next month.

Jacuzzi a very nice feature. Mattress extremely comfortable. Good breakfast options.

Sink cold water tap non-functional. Coffee maker in room did not work. Staff brought another one from a vacant room and forgot a piece of it. Brought it back. Female front desk agent joked with customer no one behind him and he could take his time but failed to notice me standing there. I guess our room was soundproof but we heard upstairs guests pounding on the floor when we were trying to sleep.

Facilities are always clean staff are very pleasent and professional.

We make our reservation through booking.com which clearly states they need our credit card just to hold the reservation yet we later find out from our bank that the hotel has in fact charged our card days before we even get there. That should not happen. Both parties should be clear on what they're doing and what is put in writing should be honored. Do Not charge my card without my authorization..

I felt safe, parking wasn't a hassle, and the place was decent for the price.

People smoking Marijuana in their rooms, you can smell it in hallways. Had fingernail clippings, food crumbs, and an eating backing on carpet in my room, so you know it wasn't vacuumed. Made me think nothing in my room was sanitary.
