Well they put me in room 200 upstairs next to the stairs I asked the lady if they had anything available downstairs but I was too late but she switched my room out with something that was close by the stairs n the room was perfect that bed was so soft

The only thing that I didn't like was the spectrum service there was terrible we couldn't watch TV but the Wi-Fi service was strong so that was a plus and the thing that I didn't like about it was that the secure lock that's connected to the door was broken and we actually had problems with locking the bottom lock you actually had to hear it click to know that your door was locked after struggling with it but other than that loved it

The location is perfect. The staff were all very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom could use an update. The pool was closed. Free Continental Breakfast hours need to be extended for people actually there on vacation and who like to sleep in.

It’s lacking amenities and minor cleaning. The rooms could use extra blankets extra tlc but could imagine the property is struggling financially since the pool and gym was closed. New furniture.

This was an accessible room. Since I can do some walking, it was fine. If I had been totally disabled, the 2 inch lip around the shower stall would have been a problem

Kelly and her staff are great.!! Housekeeping very nice and thorough with covid protocol. Even had my car cleaned off and wipers pulled up during a recent snowfall. Older property but maintained.

Not really anything negative to say. Near restaurants and outlet mall, fast food and gas. Great location. Older property and lots of new motels going up nearby, but a good value.

Room was clean, modern. Like the plank floor and WAFFLES 🧇

The pillows were weird, half the size of regular pillows.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was very clean throughout. Check in/check out was fast and easy. Very close to restaurants and main roads.

Room doors had gaps at the bottom of the doors allowing light and possible rats or snakes to enter the room. Vending machine card reader not working. No ATM machines.
