Very convenient location, not far off the motorway. Room was clean, well furnished and spacious with comfortable bed. Host was particularly accommodating in modifying the communal evening meal to cater for my specific dietary requirements - and it was delicious! He also arranged a breakfast tray for us to have in the room prior to our early morning departure. Guest lounge with TV, games etc was an unexpected extra.

It would have been helpful to have had milk available to drink with tea - in true English style

Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The apartment exudes a charming nostalgia through its well-appointed decor. The spacious room and bathroom provides a cozy and comfortable stay. The presence of fellow guests allowed for social interactions and enriching our overall experience.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful, evening meal was superb, building has loads of character and is old.

Parking is a little way away and across a fairly busy road at times. But a minor detail really.

The owners are very nice people.We were late to check in but they were kind enough to accommodate us.We.had a technical issue with our transport hence the very late check in.They were very helpful.Location is at the centre of town.

The open plan bathroom is not really to our taste. We prefer a door to give privacy.

This is a gem. New to us in a village we know well, it was simply a privilege to stay there The dinner, served around the family dining table, joined by the hosts and other guests was memorable

The property retains the feeling of an old-school B&B, yet the facilities are excellent. The hosts are fantastic. We had a truly great dinner (book ahead with the host, Bruno for this).

The evening meal was very good, I would recommend this highly. The breakfast had an excellent variety, especially in the homemade preserves.
