The property is well located in the heart of the city with Zumiao rd a popular night foodie destination only a short walk away. The bell boys are attentive and helpful for dining suggestions. The hotel reception speak great English and willing to assist with any queries for transport. My room had an amazing view and at night I could see the incredible light show on display on all the buildings below. My room was well lit and the shower was always hot and towels weren’t abundant. At night I visited the bar on the 51st floor and enjoyed a few late night cocktails with a nice tasty steak and glass of red wine. The pool is also fantastic and open till late. Loved entry part

The location is excellent and transport is convenient. It is near the MRT station with a few big shopping malls offering lots of eatery choices. It is also near to some tourists spots. The staff are nice and friendly. We are upgraded to a bigger room on the top floors. As our tourist bus is leaving at 1:50 pm, the receptionist, named Rose Huang, generously extend our check-out time to 2 pm. We then have lunch at its Chinese restaurant which serves good Cantaonese cuisine. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel. I think we will book this hotel again if we come to this city again.

I extended my stay by one day and selected “pay on arrival” on Booking.com, but the hotel charged me early without notice. Now I’m trying to get the money back through my bank — really inconvenient and frustrating.

I had an excellent stay at Swissotel Foshan. What impressed me most was not just the comfort of the room but the genuine professionalism and kindness of the staff. From check-in to check-out, everything felt smooth, attentive, and personal. The hotel is perfectly located — close to restaurants and easy to explore the city. What really stood out was the team’s readiness to go the extra mile whenever I needed assistance, which made my business trip not only productive but also enjoyable. A hotel in where service truly matches the brand’s reputation.

The cleaning staff did a wonderful job with upkeep. The views from my room were breathtaking. The room and bathroom were very comfortable. The gym was suitable for my needs. Checking in and out took a couple minutes at most. The breakfast was really good. The location is convenient because taxis can either come right up to the entrance or park adjacent to the building conveniently. I didn't take pictures inside but I've shared the view from my window.

I wish there were halal options for the food menu. Although, they do offer both eggs and vegetarian menu items. Any floor above 36 has to be accessed from a separate elevator found on the 36th floor.

The location was so near to many things. English was not an issue - thankfully as our Chinese was pretty well non-existent. Unbelievable views and great food on 51st floor. Ended many days with a quiet drink in the bar on the 51st floor. All staff were lovely and helpful - particular thanks to Alex her served us on several nights - he makes a lovely margarita and went out of his way to please. Price was very good for the facilities and service provided.

For us the bed was a little hard - but that was a very minor comment and everyone has different preferences.

All great and good spread of b’fast , but for a long stay client like us should have different dishes in future for b’fast . Very comfortable room on 49th floor with overlooking the entire city .

One guy at the reception. He is not cooperative to your valuable clients .just one guy but sorry I do not have his name .

There was an important incident. I feel I must share it with you.. on my arrival I gave house keepibg some clothes to be dry cleaned..sfter one hour the housekeeper came to my room and showed me pohotos of money and my laundry .. which I left in my trousers.. Hours later, in my way out, I stopped by the reception where they gave me the money in a sealed envelope I requested to see the person who found the money so she came I offered her money away to say thank you for her honesty she refused in very humple nice manner .. as she said it was her job to do that and doesn't accept gratuities for the job she is getting paid for ... by the way, the money was found equivalent about one week of her salary That was a good lesson 👏

Location is good, its not far from park, shipping malls and old are with many restaurants. The only not convenient thing - you need to pass underground circle to get there, it takes around 15 minutes walking.

The hotel is nice in general, but requires renovations of rooms, it's not very new.
