The personal at the reception. Very very friendly, helpful, kind, forthcoming. Have the willing to address any your problem and mostly capable to resolve it. The breakfast. It is enormous. A lot of choices of any kind. You definitely will not go out hungry. The quality of food is also exceptional. The location. It is quite close to the ferry, the city center, Biedronka and Lidl (local hypermarkets), Zabka (the grocery) is under the window, a lot of high quality restaurants and cafes in the walking distance. Especially I do recommend "Kurna Chata" and "Cukiernia Milli Vanilli". The internal yard, it is calm and nice.

The water pressure in the shower. Generally it is sufficient to take the shower, but it would be better. The prices in the apartments local restaurant, they are unreasonable high. E.g. near located "Kurna Chata" provides better choices with the more affordable prices.

Everything was excellent: our apartment was fully furnished and equipped with everything needed (washing machine, dishwasher, stove, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, vacuum cleaner, dryer stand, etc), friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and safe parking.

Just minor things can be improved: - write more clearly that you need to pay extra for a parking spot, - pillows were too big and hard, but luckily we could use sofa pillows for sleeping, - bed was extremely comfortable, but the sofa was not really good - microwave would be a nice bonus

Breakfast was really nice and deliciuos, the rooms were clean and cozy

Just the minors that didnt ruin the trip. Coffey machines always broke down in the breakfast but the sraff fixed them. The escalator takes forever to reach youre floor

The apartments facing the street was a bit noisy with the passing cars. But we enjoyed our stay

Netflix wasn't working there. Invited via reception desk specialist didn't come.

The continental-style breakfast was rich. Covered garages are easily accessible. A beach can be reached by walking through a beautiful park. The city center and shops are close by.

Having a balcony over a busy street is annoying. The staff should pay more attention to the tidiness of the tables in the restaurant and the cleanliness of the toilets. But the cuisine was excellent.

terrace on 7th floor great view and option to relax following you come back from the beach. however no personal and service. you need to organise your time there on your own.

no microwave oven in the kitchen. The beds was not made.

location was good, right in the city centre but 20min walking to the beach

you pay extra to use the spa (expensive, hourly rate of around 6€!!)

The staff was nice and trying their best, they seemed simply overwhelmed with the amount of guests (grand opening after the lockdown). The rooms were nice and clean and the location is good.

We were specifically booking the hotel with SPA area but even though the hotel was advertising it in the offer, SPA was not available. The wifi was not working and it was not fixed throughout the whole time of our stay in spite of complaints from our side. The room was quite loud (ground floor at the busy street).
