I was lucky this was one of the very few choices for a hotel that had left by the time I booked my trip - I might have missed this gem otherwise! I had already read the stellar reviews about the place but it surpassed my (already high) expectations. Of course the hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and small but well equipped with everything that's necessary for a comfortable stay. It also has views towards the inviting sea or towards the hill with the castle on top that looks like it was taken out of a too-good-to-be-true book about Tuscany. Still, what beats all of this is the care of Elena and Roberta who are there as if to welcome you into their home. They are kind, caring, helpful with the logistics, and always carry a smile! When we left, we felt we were leaving our friends who'd hopefully wait for us to return. If I find my way back to Castiglione, I will run to this place. Until then, I recommend it to those finding their way there in the meantime!

Our apartment with large balcony was perfectly located for the nearby beach and central Castiglione della Pescaia. AC was good, the staff were very helpful when we needed a courier delivery and local suggestions. Parking was in a lot about 5 minutes' walk away, the distance was not a problem, as luggage can be left/collected from a very short term parking space. We would be very happy to stay again.

The location is very good, close to the beach and the pedestrian area in the city center but laid back enough to provide quiet at night. Roberta at the reception was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful, providing every sort of information. The hotel offers, among other things, bikes for free and discounts in some local restaurants , a welcome plus.

Nice hotel in the city center and very close to the beach. Our room had a little balcony with city view. Airconditioning available and working fine.

If you go by car the hotel is rather difficult to find, lots of one way streets and our car navigation guided us through a limited traffic zone. There are parking places available but they are at approx 500 meter from the hotel. No breakfast available at the hotel - you can buy a voucher for breakfast at the beach.

Comfortable, friendly hotel, our room had a terrace with table, and a good large bathroom. Quiet, but 5 mins walk from beach and central Castiglione. Bikes were offered. The staff - Elena and Roberta - were very helpful. We found free parking outside. We plan to stay again.

The location is very nice close to everything. The staff super friendly. Everything was clean Breakfast in the beach was nice (I would add some fruits).

Small rooms. We had 3 rooms. One room was not smelling nice. We open the windows but mosquitoes came in.

We stayed in the junior suite and we enjoyed it very much. Nice staff. Very clean rooms. Perfectly situated in the town (close to city center and beach). Very comfy.

Great location just a few blocks from the beach.

There is no parking right near the property and you have to walk about 400m to park and go get your vehicle the next day. We arrived very late (9pm), so a little awkward.

Nice roof terrace. Well located, with close proximity to the beach. Very clean and had everything we needed.

The parking is a little far away, but not really an issue.

The location was great and the woman working the front desk was exceptionally helpful. The free bikes were great to cycle out to the park and the lesser used but bigger and more beautiful beaches.
