It was so obvious that the proprietors take such detailed and excellent care when setting up this tiny little cabin and the surrounding campground. We appreciated that very much, even though it isn't really our style. The cabin was immaculately clean! The little details that were thought of for our comfort and convenience were tremendous. We really appreciated having a full fridge, despite the limited space. And our bed was very comfortable.

The train nearby may bother other folks, but we only heard whistles in the morning. There was a very pungent perfume smell in the cabin that was either air freshener or bug repellent, so we had to open the window to try and alleviate my allergy to fragrances. This might be a consideration for the owners, as there are many people who have allergies or sensitivities to fragrances.

We stayed in one of the cabins which was very comfortable and well appointed with such finesse. It was wonderful to drink coffee out of China coffee cups, have glass plates available as compared to the paper cups and wooden stir sticks. Our cabin had personality! The large common kitchen has everything you would need to prepare meals and artistic plates and bowls to serve it on. Thank you! The pretty lake across the highway is a great place to swim and paddle board.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Beautiful location, spotless cabins and bathrooms, comfortable bed. We visited in late September so nights were getting cold but the small electric heater and blankets kept us warm. Coffee offered in the morning when checking out was an added bonus - it was a cold morning and it made it way more enjoyable.

The shower/bathrooms could use an upgrade.

This property is well thought out, not cramped. There were lots of extras and the hosts did everything they could to make my visit wonderful. I enjoyed using the communal kitchen. It’s a great starting spot for walking 2 energetic dogs with a Nordic trail nearby and the river itself.

The cabin I had was the honeymoon suite, and it was overfilled with dainty decor for my taste and for larger dogs. I was constantly worried they would knock a knickknack off the glass shelving. It was ok for 3 nights, we didn’t break anything :)

The camp ground was very quaint and lovely. It was not far from the lake to go swimming. It had showers, flushable toilets and an outdoor kitchen that consists of stove, fridge, wash basins, pots, pans etc…. Very handy for our large group to have meals together. If you enjoy mountains this place is surrounded by them. The view was fabulous!

It had an outdoor kitchen for a large group to gather and eat. The cabins very were quaint and homey. The camp wasn’t far from the beach. It was a nice quiet place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And the view of the mountains was breathtaking.

The beds were a bit stiff and the outdoor kitchen fridge kept beeping.

The cabin was very cozy and very well appointed (attention to detail was great!)/had everything I needed. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. They knew I was traveling with my dog and took the time to give me a map with nice places to walk him. I had booked this cabin as it was a halfway point between destinations so was just there overnight.

The staff was very friendly. The place was nice. It’s a hidden gem in a lot of ways.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the TV didn’t work and that was a big thing because it’s raining and there wasn’t much to do and we really wanted to stay longer, but that was our deciding factor that it wouldn’t work out for us but if the TV and the Wi-Fi could work For longer than a minute that would be perfect

We loved the outdoor kitchen that is used on the campsite. It was nice that everything was provided to cook with. It was clean and a great area. Getting to dine with some of the other guests is a great way to trade stories of travels!

It would be nice if all 4 burners on the stove were working as the wait time if many campers were eating could be longer.

The cleanliness of the cabin was fantastic. It was comfortable and had interesting, homely additions

I was surprised to find on arrival that our booking was for shared bathroom facilities in the campground. My fault for not checking the fine print. Paid extra, but owners were most obliging.
