The hosts were very kind and accommodating. Beautiful location, spotless cabins and bathrooms, comfortable bed. We visited in late September so nights were getting cold but the small electric heater and blankets kept us warm. Coffee offered in the morning when checking out was an added bonus - it was a cold morning and it made it way more enjoyable.

The shower/bathrooms could use an upgrade.

This property is well thought out, not cramped. There were lots of extras and the hosts did everything they could to make my visit wonderful. I enjoyed using the communal kitchen. It’s a great starting spot for walking 2 energetic dogs with a Nordic trail nearby and the river itself.

The cabin I had was the honeymoon suite, and it was overfilled with dainty decor for my taste and for larger dogs. I was constantly worried they would knock a knickknack off the glass shelving. It was ok for 3 nights, we didn’t break anything :)

The camp ground was very quaint and lovely. It was not far from the lake to go swimming. It had showers, flushable toilets and an outdoor kitchen that consists of stove, fridge, wash basins, pots, pans etc…. Very handy for our large group to have meals together. If you enjoy mountains this place is surrounded by them. The view was fabulous!

It had an outdoor kitchen for a large group to gather and eat. The cabins very were quaint and homey. The camp wasn’t far from the beach. It was a nice quiet place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. And the view of the mountains was breathtaking.

The beds were a bit stiff and the outdoor kitchen fridge kept beeping.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the TV didn’t work and that was a big thing because it’s raining and there wasn’t much to do and we really wanted to stay longer, but that was our deciding factor that it wouldn’t work out for us but if the TV and the Wi-Fi could work For longer than a minute that would be perfect

The cabin was very cozy and very well appointed (attention to detail was great!)/had everything I needed. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. They knew I was traveling with my dog and took the time to give me a map with nice places to walk him. I had booked this cabin as it was a halfway point between destinations so was just there overnight.

We loved the outdoor kitchen that is used on the campsite. It was nice that everything was provided to cook with. It was clean and a great area. Getting to dine with some of the other guests is a great way to trade stories of travels!

It would be nice if all 4 burners on the stove were working as the wait time if many campers were eating could be longer.

I stayed in two of your cabins this summer. What a great idea for someone on a budget that can't afford peak time hotel rates. The cabins are very clean and comfy.There were washrooms with showers close by. There is also a outside kitchen for anyone to use. Amazing. Great half way point between Alberta and BC. Hands up to the hosts:)

SMOKE Very bad season for forest fires. I wanted to go to one of the lakes near by but with my asthma I had to stay in.

Staff was very friendly, everything was very clean! Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area. Cute little cabins with a shared kitchen. I wish we could of utalized more of its amenities but our stay was short and sweet.

My only recommendation would be if the sink and wash area could be covered as well to avoid doing dishes in the rain. We couldnt get our tv remote to do more then turn the tv on but wasnt high on our priority list.

We stayed in the basic cabin which was just what we needed. It was basically but clean and we enjoyed our time.

Nothing to do with the campsite, but there's no grocery store in town...
